His technique and form is excellent but he doesn't get as much attention as other people. The guy is definitely amongst the top 3 or 4 dancers there - but there is no drama and rona dhona sob story associated with him and because of that he is overlooked.

and i like him because there is no rona dhona story either... :)

he just dances...and his dance is good!

Varun, Rajasmitha, and Abheek are probably the most underrated contestants, IMO. I also feel that despite their abilities to do better, they are given mediocre choreography. Which is a shame, because they definitely can do better.

i actually disagree here...because i think they've been given really good choreography
especially the ones you mentioned...
like varun in today's episode...
and abheek...
my opinion however...each to his own :)

I too like Varuns dance he is a good dancer but he is not given importance. even in choreography when its come in couple dance with a lifts he is given a bit importance but he can do much much more better if given more attention on him but its not happening. i was shocked to see him in bottom 3. he deserve to be in top 3.

i think he is left behind after sneha's elimination. he and sneha were looking good as a couple. and their starting 2 performance was good and nice choreographed but later with piyali as a couple he is somewhere lost in the performance because of the chemistry. its was due to piyalis mistake but todays performance was outstanding and he is back. i hope this will continue and wish not to see him in bottom 3 next week.

You're right... he is the best one in DID# when it comes to lifts... they seem effortless by him...

Yes he is underrated... after auditions, I thought he is among the top 4 dancers this season... I think Terence should give him more beautiful choreos... Idk, but I feel Terence do the better with female dancers than male... Shakti, Alisha, and now Piyali & Sneha though they are way less than Varun+Pradeep, but their acts look more beautifull!!

Varun is such an amazing dancer...and I agreed he is underrated . From audition time ...he is awesome till now...given far better performences then sanam of Remo k rangeeley...that's wat I feel...sanam getting importance everytime but he is only good in contemporary...and varun I feel,,he is a versetile dancer...everytime he performs new style and is mindblowing !
