His looks is benefitting him... coz since start of the show... whatever performance he give other mentors keep cretisizing him... whereas encourage other contestants with less performance... his looks is affecting mentors' judgments...

Whereas audiance are voting for him more than what he deserves...

Mentors showing him as useless... audience showing him as perfect... but actually he is none of these 2...

i love sanam and shahid kapoor so both are same to me..i agree sanam is hot,,,,i fell in love with him when he did kolaveri di..and i thought this guy has potential...

No offense to Sanam fans here and what I'm going to say is purely based on dance skills and talent.

Sanam definitely is benefiting due to his good looks compared to other contestants.

A classic comparison is Sanam compared with Abhik, Rajasmita, and Piyali. All three of them are clearly better dancers and versatile too (if versatility matters). But, of course, they may not be as good looking as Sanam (acc. to some people, although I strongly feel beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder). I personally do feel that Rajasmita and Piyali are good looking.

I have been personally amazed by Abhik, Rajasmita, and Piyali dance graph on this show. They have all shown tremendous potential and improvement.

Having said that, I know that Sanam will keep benefiting due to his looks. I don't see why he was number 2 this week despite his average performance in the last episode compared to most of hte contestants, including Varun who got eliminated.

We all know that there can only be ONE WINNER. But, it was too early for Varun to leave DID's stage. There are other contestants who are not as good as Varun and still around.

This whole voting thing is VERY MUCH FLAWED.

Lastly, no contestant is to be blamed if they have an advantage due to their looks. It is the junta's job to pick the right contestant.
