All 'Who killed Kavya' discussion HERE..

Hey guys, ive noticed recently we seem to have at least 5-6 topics daily as to who killed Kavya, and how etc.. aprt from cluttering the forum, it also makes it harder to keep track of where you post and where you dont..

so this is a request, instead of making fresh topics, recycling the same things over and over, please discuss all your thoughts re: kavya's murder and murderer here...

- also i dont think we should be looking at this logically, im pretty sure the murderer will be the most illogical character...

things to get you started:

- how is 'murder' being defined here? do you think kavya was pushed from the balconey (how the hell someone would risk their own life in a fire and push kavya is beyond me but what can u say about k serials logic😆) or was the party sabotaged? and the fire started intentionally?

- Who do u think is the actual murderer? is it one person? or is this going to be like poirots murder on the midnight express where all or some of the characters were somehow involved in the murder?

- most importantly the motive behind the murder?

my own view im looking at it from two aspects in order for there to be a 'murder' the person involved must of have had the mens rea ( the guilty state of mind i.,e will to kill) and the actus reas ( criminal act) for me both arav and nirmala could fit into the murderer's 'shoes'

but those are my views...

Well, at first, I thought the "murder" was by Nitya.

Then I doubted it when Anjali started thinking so 😆

I moved on to suspecting Shaurya especially after the conversations that Arya and Nirmala were having but then the conversation that Shaurya had with himself yesterday confused me 😕

And even when Nitya admitted to doin everything, I doubt it.

And now I am thoroughly confused.

I think Ekta has herself forgotten who the murderer is - actually, WHAT murderer? Has Anjali even bothered asking, HOW Kavya was murdered ?

No nevermind. This is all hurting my head. Let Balaji dig themselves out of this mess of a storyline. 😆

to start with
first let me see how this accident might have been planned hmm lets see
the short circiut which happened i guess was intentionall like who is such s fool to keep candles near the main electric box so i guess it was all set in such a way that the short circiut which happened it took place gradually like as kavya should know that his family is in danger when the fire took place anjali was on phone n if ever she wasnt i guess arav would have sent him

so now after analysing the incident who should i suspect
well after analysing the whole scenario i have my 1st doubt on shorya let me jod down the reasons y i am suspecting him
1.) shourya arranged the party he organised it
2.) he was not much injured
3.)his motive could be helping his mother to get the property but after kavya was dead he might have started loving anjali n his feelings towards the family n concern would have changed
4.) may be he doesnt be his mom coz she misleaded him n made him do such a crime
5.) may be some where he liked anjali from before just liked
so i think 4 reasons are enough
ok now second suspect nirmala n arav the mama putar jodi
1.)she knew kavya is the back bone of the family n if he wasnt there it will be easy for her to get her position n place in that house n she can easily dominate the house
2.)she knew that shourya liked anjali
3.)her son organised the party so it would have been easy to plan his murder there
now y she wants to kill soham cont...
4.)coz she doesnt want her son to suffer
5.)if kavya comes back then all her plans will backfire

now that i strongly feel nitz is innocent i will give reasons to defend her
1.)she took that report coz she thought nimz would create more problems
2.) when kavya went she was mourn she dint react to anything she was just in plain shock n use to always take kavya 's photo n cry when she was alone in her room now y would she act when she was alone in her room 😕
3.)she use to play with ved like a real grandma
4.)when nirmala opposed the family she defended her family front of her n she was the one who told that main riston ka matlab samaj gayi hun an alll
5.) may be that plot papper was planted in her room may be nims perpusely kept it in her room to frame her
6.) now about her confession may be it was a dream or she just got frustated n told it without realising

so now according to me i strongly suspect on shourya n i strongly defend nitz coz i am ot able to digest this fact

I think nirmala and arav r not murderers cause everyone thinks they r so no no........but they can b party to it.
Shauriya yes i thought early I gave few reasons earlier but now he is helping anjali so big no no ....may b he has changed now cause he is in love with anjali and somewhere in my mind i think that mayb shauriya planted all the clues in nitiya room & purse.
after watching yesterdayz epi,every1 thinks its nitiya but if u closely observe nitiya says hain yeh sab mera pass that but she was surprised when anjali said u r the one ,and nitiya didnt confess that she killed but in the end she said
"tum kaise keh sakti ho ke kavya ko main ne mara hai kavya tu zinda hai tumhare samane "
this somehow gives the message that soham is with nitiya.OR
nitiya might wants anjali to confess that soham is not kavya.

I have a 1% doubt that it could be Shaurya or even Soham is Kkavya - coz this is a Ekta serial, anything goes 😆

I think it might be Jai and Naveen, Naveen and Jai's reaction was weird one when Soham as Kkavya went to hug them.

Could even be Nitya - i dont know how a woman like Nitya could change just like that, that woman has wanted revenge for over 20 yrs and also had that hatred.

i agree with uzi here i think the murderer will be the most illogical character in the serial..
first of all i will write my views y i dont think shaurya is the murderer..kavya brought him to reunite the family..he mingled with the family thats all acceptable as he was here to help kavyain his mission.he witnessed with which intensity ka love each other even tease them about that never shown any sign of jealousy.we had many proofs that indicate he is not a bad guy..he stands up to his mother and help the family coz he promised kavya..it was bauji who ask himto marry anjali and how he toldhim that anji and kavya r one soul and no other name can be associated with her..the terrace scene when both of them missing kavya he had tears in his eyes..the engagement he did go away but yug brought him back to fullfil kavya's wish..the scene where he told anji y he is marrying her..the gallery one where he told her he just want to be his friend and he never fell insecure about anji's constant talking of kavya in their relationship..the soham episode wherehe was not ready to support anjali as he knows wat will be the result of this lie.this shows he dont like lies or cheating..the way he comes forward and put his hand on anji's shoulderto support her to prove that soham is kavya..no other guy would have accepted that his would be wife stays with a stranger ..he respects her so much that he hesitates to touch her face even in a pic as he thinks he has no right to do it..he knows that anjali still belongs to kavya and it will be a betrayal towards kavya also..he just want to share anji's life as a companion without anything in return..the 4th july epi showed us how much he is hurting and he cant tell anji as he wants her to find kavya's killer and get rid of his pain and anjali her past..he is waiting for her so patiently no sign of anger but bows to her every wish..
so u see he has so many plus points that shows he cant be the murderer..if ever he was guilty he would have made some mistakes somehow that would prove he is the killer..
now about him not being on the fire spot ,i think this is logical coz this track was on kavya's death scene..this scene was on kavya how he saved his families life and his son.i do think shaurya was not needed coz if he was there he would have done wat kavya did.so to show kavya's death his screen presence was not needed..thats the most logical thing i can think..the onli minus point he has he was the one who organised the party but it can be someone else who sabotaged the electric wires and the fire started..
as for nirmala and arav that was misleading also showing them searching papers in kavya's car and wanted to kill soham ,the phone discussion of arav that leads u to doubt shaurya and both of them but as i know shaurya has his own house..may be they r involved indirectly.
nitya saying she knows about all this and telling anji that kavya is alive..its confusing how much she is involved in this as i have a doubt that she cant change that much after 25 yrs wanting to take revenge..there is more in her changing character ,u know like a cyclone it remains calm for some times but when the wind starts it destroy everything..same here with nitya nanda..
now my doubts goes to the most ilogical and foolish character in the serial jai..he knew about the land matter..how he blackmailed bauji about it..he was always jealous of kavya and his success..i dont remember wellbut is it not at that party he fought with disha teling her to go back home..bauji scolds him and he went away..
my conclusion is nitya has masterplanned all this and she knew jai's weakness is money so she used him as a pawn to do this murder..he did try once to kill kavya..nitya remained in the background and let a third person to convince jai to do the dirty work..the third person can be arav or nirmala..

Well, I personally fink it is Shaurya who is z murderer....

He put zis fire intentionally so as to destroy z nandas...... but only kavya got killed... But little by little his hatred turn into frindship zen love........
