hey guyz , as most of us were expecting that thakraal will come up with this contract issue in the court...nd this is wat excatly happened......but now the biggest question is..how is siddhi gonna prove her husband innocent now...as judge has giving a strict warning to both hubby and wife that the verdict ll be decided in next two dayz ...nd they need to get a new lawyer...😕...though i am sure that no new lawyer is gonna fight ...its siddhi only who ll fight the case...but how thats the biggest doubt...all the promos , siddhi announcing to everyone that she ll prove her hubby innocent , the sbb segments , showing naari shakti nd kunal ki dhaal banegi uski ardhaangani, all point towards this only that its siddhi only who ll fight the case...otherwise wats the purpose of showing all this nd creating soo much of hype...personally i feel that kunal is gonna help siddhi out...i read in a few posts too...that kunal ll defo find some flaw in the contract ...which enables siddhi to fight the case...moreover his expressions in yesterdayz epi did convey...that he ll be helping siddhi out with the case...maybe cvs are gonna plan it this way only...coz a new lawyer ll defo not be shown...dats for sure...though i agree dat usually wen it comes to parichay promos are highly misleading...but this is true tht watever is shown in the promo...same thing happens in the show too...so if we go by dat siddhi is bound to fight the case...so its very much possible that sinal together fight it...kunal ll be the master mind behind everything...nd siddhi ll follow his directions only...i simply wish this track to end now...enough of dragging...plz cvs stop torturing us...nd show us sinal...lets see now wat happens...

I hope kunal will find sm way. In the court sidhi is not looking too confident.

It may be possible that the contract completes 3 months just a day before the case hearing and i think so if this thing happens kunal only wil notice this thing and wil tel siddhi to tel abt the contract in court so thakral and richa wil b shocked...

from the promotion and dialogues it does look like siddhi will be the one fighting the case. hopefully kunal will find a solution to the contract and both sinal will work together on the case

unless kunal is shown handling shilpa pink issue

while siddhi will try to arrange the money and maybe if she pas teh penalty she can fight the case

I dont know if Sinal going to work together on the case, even though there were definite pointers in that direction in yesterdays episode.Maybe they will, I wish they do.As to Kunal's reaction about what happened yesterday , I think there will be a taunt from his end that will charge up Siddhi and she may pawn her jewellery and buy out the contract.Thats one approach.

Else Kunal decides both of them will oppose the Thakrals together and find a way around.

Can go both ways.Pawning the jewellery is a pretty practical option infact the CV's could have shown it much earlier , they didn't have to bring this contract case to court.

Depends on how CV's want to show Kunal :

If it goes the first way then Kunal going to feel bad and all the repentence will make him help Siddhi with the case.

If the second way then we might actually get to see the brilliant Kunal Chopra we were promised infact a more sensible one.having said this guess we going to get the first option 😊

Anyways start the case soon CV's these petty tracks getting pretty annoying , if it wasn't for the SINAL moments no one would watch.I guess thats why the CV's keep dishing out SINAL scenes often now.😆😆😆

I was so looking forward to seeing Siddhi's vs Thakral court scenes, but i should have know better, that the producers would not want us to be this happy so soon.

I guess its in their dictionary that its forbidden for us to be happy fthis soon. Totally unaccpetable. Must give hell to all SINAL fans.

They would torture with further twist and turns and spoil our week-end and we have to rack our brains with wild imagination to arrive at various possible conclusion. I cant help but say " Why this Kolaveri di" . What a week-end spoiler!!!!

What I don't understand, is how can Siddhi being a lawyer could have made such a idioitc blunder. Doesn't she knows the consequences of breach of contract? Did she ever understand the contents of the contract, otherwise what made here so sure, that the contract does not hold any water at all and that she could continue to fight for Kunal. I serioulsy have doubts on her professional qualifications now.

And I did not like one bit of Siddhi's expression. She looked totally confused, panicky and lastly no confidence at all. I could have sworn that she was going to break down any moment. I was just praying" Siddhi, don't do it woman . You are going to lose my respect for you." She probably heard my chantings. Lucky for her, she didn't but nevertheless I am still unhappy and disappointed with Siddhi for not paying attention to details and knowing the character of Thakral very well, she should know better, that the crooked Thakral will come up with something devious. She herself has said to Kunal that Kunal was honest and Thakral was clever. Why in God's name did she take this matter so lightly.

Kunal has every right to taunt her now on her capability as a lawyer. He's gonna say." see i told you, you are going to lose anyway. Thanks for wasting both our time". As much as I hate to say this, I have to agree with Kunal on this instant. A total waste of time.

Aiyoh, seriously, I am really worried for Kunal. They are going to lose and Kunal will go to Jail. Siddhi will become probably prematuely senile for being the cause of all the mother of this whole richa siddhi challenge.

Only a miracle can save them now.! Like Thakral and Richa celebrating on their way home and their car met with an accident as they were trying to avoid a wild cow . You see, already racking the brain even before the week-end starts.

I feel this is how it may [ or i wish] it pans out :

1] Kunal is supposed to meet Chaitanya. Since Siddhi's family did not tell him truth what Siddhi said or what happened after he left, hopefully he finds that out from Chaitanya. Atleast the part of what Siddhi said which should further kickstart his realization. We know he has been shown to think on those lines since last few epi.

2] Not only he is determined to get Shilpa's wedding on track to make Siddhi happy, this would also confirm further that Siddhi is actually not doing this for his family or Raj's request but she genuinely wants to help him. Should give him the push or initiative to help siddhi in this case, probably through more taunts when family is together.

3] He may ask to look at the contract [ assuming Siddhi does have a copy],since he has asked her few times about when it ends. Definately there is an end date to it, unless Thakral sneaked something in , which both Sinal are not aware off. If i remember , Ritcha had offered Siddhi a job after her insult by Thakral. We have heard few times that she ended up signing a contract to pay off the 2nd deposit of 75000. Also somewhere it was indicated that if she breaks, then penalty is 3 lakhs [ but ritcha in yday epi said it would be much higher. guess with interest over 1 yr, prob that penalty went up too😉]

Either Kunal finds some loophole in the contract or they find the money magically to payoff the penalty in2 days.

Finding the money could mean Siddhi pawning her jewellery or Kunal taking another loan from batliwala and paying it off without Siddhi's knowledge.

Per judge, Kunal has been asked to find another lawyer. Onus is on him to take the initiative.

I hope if they do either, they do not leak this out especially Raveena finding, since Thakral would again find something new.

i am sure kunal will find a way to tackle the contract...i feel its a way good that the case has been postponed to another 2 days...now SiNal have no choice but to put aside their egos n differences to work together and fight against the evil father-daughter duo

i don't know how kunal will do it...or siddhi will fight the case...but then i am sure siddhi is sure going to fight the case...grill richa left...right..center n break her down n win the case...

what siddhi knows abt richa...kunal n thakral themselves don't know abt it...i don't think the challenge topic will arise...it will focus more on the night in the hotel n what happened in the hotel room...
