Maan and geet entered the lift strangely they were the alone there... Unfortunately ( actually fortunately ) the power in the hotel had some problem and the lift stopped all lights went off ...
" oh god maan its dark " geet was terrified and clutched maan's hand
" i didn't know u r afraid of dark " maan said teasingly
" maan plzzz do something ... i m klostrophobic " said geet shivering ... maan now realised that she was truly scared ...
" geet don't worry ..." maan said dialing some number in his phone but there was no signal...
maan switched on the flash light in his phone ... He turned to geet and cupped her face who was having difficulty in breathing due to closed surounding ...
" geet don't panic ... look into my eyes ... " he said... but geet wasn't hearing ... he slowly lifted her face holding her cheeks
" trust me geetu ... everything is fine " said maan
" i m scared " she mumbled
maan held the back of her head to make direct contact with his eyes ... he moved towards her face and slowly rubbed his cheeks against her ... " i m here ... don't worry " he said before placing a small peck on her cheek...
geet looked at him surprised by his sudden action ... Having her so close maan just drowned in ocean of her eyes ... he moved his face closer to her ... Their lips were just few centimeters away ... geet closed her eyes not knowing if it was a dream or reality ... maan's lips brushed hers ... but before he could press his lips on hers the power came back and the lights were on ... it was then they geet realised their proximity ... geet was the one to moved back snapping his hands away ... Befor maan could register the happenings in mind geet walked out of the lift ...
