Aditi Shirwaiker is busy doing absolutely nothing these days. Her shows (Miilee) have either ended, or she is no longer part of them (Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and Sharaarat).
"It's good to do nothing sometimes. I can wake up at any time and do my thing at my own pace. There is absolutely no rush or hurry to do anything," she says.
The actress sees this as a well-deserved break. "Otherwise, I would have to rush for the shoot at different locations everyday. By the time I would reach home, it would be late night."
Mona: Gyaan guru
At the same time, she is making the most of the free time on hand. "I can now follow a fixed pattern at the gym. I am also looking at it as a time for reinvention. I'm taking great care of my grooming. In fact, Miilee (Mona Wasu) has been of great help to me. She offered several tips for styling my new portfolio. The shoot was fixed but due to the demise of my uncle I had to postpone it," says Aditi.
Earlier, soon after the end of Miilee, Aditi and her friends took off for New Delhi for a few days. "We were a bunch of friends and we just took off for a short trip. One of the Miilee co-actors Mohit (who played Onny) is from Delhi, so we could also catch up with him too."
New innings
But it has not been all play and no work for the actress. She has been selected to play a role for a new project for Zee, slated to air in August. "It is a daily but I don't think I can reveal at this juncture what my character or the show is all about."
Incidentally, in the past Aditi was plagued by a crazy fan who would keep calling to tell her that he owed her money. "Thank God, those calls have stopped."
The actress is looking to begin anew on the small screen. "I will be back with a new look."
