What I'm guessing is... Jeevika will be pregnant and will indeed keep the baby! (who thought otherwise?!?) ... But while she is pregnant, I think that's when Manvi will fall really ill and the cancer will really get to her, at which point she will have to be hospitalized and all; and for her treatment, they will need the appropriate bone marrow, which I think only jeevika will be able to provide; but due to the fact that's she's pregnant, the doctors might say that using her bone marrow may be dangerous for the baby... Which will then leave her in a dilema! ...Help Manvi or the baby?

I'm nit an expert in all things medical, so I don't actually know if giving bone marrow when you're pregnant is dangerous fir the baby, but this is my guess if it is.

Jeevika pregnant would be the best thing ever after the shock with cancer 😊
