Hello Hello!!!
What an awesome start to the new week...I see a very bright week ahead!!
Chalo...here are the highlights for today's epi 😊 I'll post the detailed update separately, later when I get a chance to get to it 😊
Highlights
~Prachin comes in and gets Jai to come inside and stay, offering chai etc.
~Kiya tries to get Jai to go but Jai has left all the proof behind and Kiya refuses to give him money so they fight over and Jai forcefully takes it
~Toasty walks in just then and starts her interrogation 👏
~Kiya tries to defend herself but when Toasty shows the video and says she is the one who took it, Kiya throws the phone aside and tells Toasty everything...asking her to stay quiet or she'll forcefully keep her quiet...she signals Jai to attack Toasty
~Just as Jai is about to attack Toasty with a vase, Tej comes to the rescue along with Pashu and they hold Jai back
~Kiya's pardafash occurs in front of entire family and she is kicked out 👏
~Toasty removes Ganeshji from water and the family happily sings Ganesh bhajan
~Tej, Toasty, and Ved go to the mandir to thank Bhagwaan and Ved thanks him for not letting anything happen to his Pitaji, with his heart condition
~As they are leaving, Nitika comes and Toasty and Tej talk to her for a minute
~Ved apologizes to her and says that he is not worthy of even standing in front of her...Nitika stops him and says that she was very angry at first but then after talking to Toasty, she understood how Kiya was and that whatever happened, he did it for his father so that nothing would happen to him
~Nitika says this is why she helped in revealing Kiya's truth...and part of it was her own selfishness as well...she smiles and walks into the mandir and Ved stays behind confused over what she meant by selfishness
~Tej and Toasty pull his leg and episode ends on Ved's still confused face.
Pre-Cap: OUR 😆 (Because our family is BACK! ) Chaturvedi's are gathered in the hall. Tej says the problem now is that Nitika's parents won't agree now so now we have to think of what we can do. Gyaan says we have to convince them...Tej says yeah we have to convince them, obviously, but after so much having happened, who will go to talk to them? Pitaji's face is shown and he looks guilty.
Can I just dance right now? Kiya is gone!!!! Wooo!!! Where's the party tonight?? 🤣 Voh churail ghar se bahar nikal gayi, thank God!!!
👏 To Toasty...our CID personnel, Jhansi ki Rani, and Commander-in-Chief for once again leading this war to victory even after many failed battles...it's always the last one that wins!!
Everyone knows I'm a TejYa fanatic 🤣 (that's putting it too lightly I think 😆 TejYa mere jaan hain!!) so my heart literally flipped when Tej grabbed Jai's arm before Toasty was attacked...haaaiii "Tu mera herooo, tu mera herooo" 🤣 aur protective Jethji bhi aaye unke bhai ke saath 😆
And really Kiya...did she really think anyone was going to forgive her? Well now that she is gone, I'd rather not talk about her 😆 Ab mere paas sirf mere Chaturs ke liye time hain 😆
Loved the family singing "Jai Ganesh" and doing aarti...it was a very cute, happy, and lighthearted Chatur scene <3
On to the main matter...Vedika!! 😊 Okay...I know most people are still angry with Ved and don't think Vedika should happen but lets clear our heads here (and also remember that this is a fictional soap and in these serials, we can't always compare real with reel even if in typical SBS, it mostly tries to stay real) I think CVs made an effort today to try and clarify what Ved's real worry and intentions were in marrying Kiya...he wasn't just guilted into marrying Kiya but it was more his fear of losing his father. And now Tejy is going to become all psychologist-y and ask everyone to put themselves in Ved's situation as I'm sure we're all very cultured and sanskaari Indians who love our families very much...if your was a heart patient and he's had two heart attacks in the past year and seemed to be on the verge of having another episode on the day of your wedding...would you leave your father to struggle through his weakened heart so that you can get married to girl you love or would your main focus be trying to make your father happy and let his wish come true? Especially if you're a son like Ved who loves his Pitaji more than anything?
And in this situation, we could go back and be angry with Tej as well...he was going to leave Toasty just because Pitaji asked him to take Toasty and live separately after they got married. There was no anger or bad feelings behind this but only Pitaji's good intentions for Toasty and yet Tej was going to leave her because he didn't want to live separate from his family...so aren't both situations a little similar in that aspect? But we aren't still fuming over all that are we? And don't let me bring up the whole Toasty leaving the house part because even there, Tej deep down knew that Toasty had her reason, yet he still voted No against her and supported his family...that too after marriage and after making his marriage vows...so shouldn't we still be harping that Toasty shouldn't have forgiven him for that?
So coming back to our main point and case...the main culprit is Pitaji because he got himself so caught up in his vachan that he forgot to take into account that his son has his own life and should be able to make his own decisions without him forcing his ideas on Ved. So if anyone has any anger left on Ved...take it...bottle it up...and spew it out at Pitaji, because now he is the one that has to manao Nitika's parents and make it up to Vedika for causing so many problems for his own family and for Nitika's family. Can't wait to see tomorrow's epi...hope Pitaji has a lambi prayaschit scene...he has to do a lot to fix all of this now.
