Recap of Swetha and Nila slapping each other - Rendum rOmba Aaduthunga !!! Sakthi scolds Swetha for slapping " it is not right " Swetha says that she got angry when Vetri lied "some one has to point out his mistake and I did it, period " Pondy supports Swetha and Swetha moves away as Sakthi repeatedly points a finger at her. Pondy scolds Sakthi for being mean to Swetha and Sakthi says that he is actually very happy that Swetha supported him - "but all the others are angry with her as she is more friendly with us , I can not stand when some one ridicules her " Swetha comes back and says that she will never do such a thing again . Karthi is back - Bala and Kathadi act as if nothing is wrong but Karthi knows the whole story - slaps both of them and shouts at them for making unnecessary trouble for Vetri. Nila comes there too - all decide to coax Vetri to come back to the college. Karthi says that he will see Swetha "one hand " - asks Bala and Kathadi to return the bike to Sakthi and apologize.
Kathadi and Bala return the bike and talk as if they did a favor. Try to advocate for Vetri - " we did it and it was he who repaired the bike with his money , do not hold any grudge against Vetri " Sakthi and Co refuse to believe them . Kathadi shouts at Swetha for not believing Vetri - finally Sakthi asks them to go away. All these days, I never once felt sad about being poor. By all this I now hate rich people. You guys and us...can never be friends, enemies thaan. But, don't worry, I will not complain about Vetri , I will not spoil his education..." Karthi feels bad..

Sakthi and his friends are talking about some activity for the college. Divya comes to them and suggests that they can conduct a Kavithai competition. The next we see ...is...Ashok comes running to his friends ..." Notice board...namba Gaali..." All go and see that the Kavithai competition is announced after all !!!!
Karthi and Co kku semai kaduppu - athu sari, namakku thaan padippum varathu, matha skills um illiye !!! - all go to meet the correspondent and want the Kavithai competition canceled. Nila comes , Bala announces that Nila is the sponsor for the strike - " pasangalukku drinks, lunch..ellam nee than " Nila laughs about the "Hunger " strike and says that no one will support this - " either you guys learn to write poems or just keep off the competition and concentrate on your studies, ok??"

Kathadi, Ashok and Karthi - Fasting kku Oru shamiana vera !!!! Kathadi turns in to a Karadi😉
and shouts in the mike " inge Alai pOle thirandu irukkum..." Ashok pulls the mike "enough is enough, not even a fly and squirrel with us !!" Finally they call off the fast - maha fast aa call off Aana fast ithu than - according to Karthi. They finally vow to call off the competition, somehow.
Well, Ashok and Kathadi meet Laddu - the chubby girl. Both propose to her and she categorically says " participate in the competition. Whoever wins ...I will love them.." Kathadi becomes Kati pathang and Ashok pales some more. Another round of "we will not allow the competition happen " - Other than bala all want to participate - mind voice le they curse each other - Bala mattum kOlai vEri le irukkar !!!
Saravanan - Divya - ithunga rendum ippO semai kadalai !!! Sara refuses to participate in the competition "my dad has not spoken me to me for a long time..he does not like it !! " Divya says that his dad likes his poems " it is just that he can not let you forsake your studies . You like writing poems..so you must win in whatever you like to do.." - presents a pen and Sara agrees to participate - innum kOnjam kadalai time 😉

Well, the much opposed Kavithai competition happens - Other than Karthi and Vetri, the opposing gumbal is present. Kathadi has a mind voice cootchi cooing with Laddu. Bala has worn a purdah - but Nunalum than vaayal kedum apdingra mathiri , he talks to Kathadi and shows his presence. Ashok serious aa cOpy adikkaraar - Sara is the only guy who is serious about the competition. Divya must have come just to smile at Sara !!! Well, the competition results are announced - Sara has won - of course - Sullan makes fun of the poems of Ashok, Bala and Kathadi. Another round of " this ??!! We will never let this happen " - happens. Sakthi plans a "Prize Distribution " function - namba gumbal wants to stop that - Dey romba juvenile aa irukkenga da , Sakthi and Co enna panninaalum athai oppose pannuvingala?? Prize is for your friend Sara !!!
Sakthi and Pandy - Katrthi , Kathadi and Ashok - usual fight - "intha vizha epdi nadakkum nnu paakkaren...nalla paarunga da.." Karthi gumbal plans big time to stop the function. Sara is excited about meeting his idol - the great poet , Tamizh Dasan who is supposed to chair the prize distribution function. He is all emotional.
Function kku ellam ready. Semai decoration. Kathadi, Bala and Ashok - curse Vetri and Karthi for absconding from the arena. To cut a long story short, Bala calls the poet and says that the function is called off " enga college building onnu collapsed...athaan ..some over excited students may call you...but please do not come , ok?" The poet agrees... another needling by Sakthi's friends...

Saravanan is all excited. His dream of meeting his mentor did not allow him to sleep the previous night. Laddu meets him on the way and pulls his legs a bit. Sara's wish goes with the wind - he learns from Sakthi that Vetri and Co stopped the poet from coming for the function. Sara is disheartened. Nila, Divya ellarum vanthu nalla satham podaraanga .
Bala and Co are gloating at their victory. Divya comes and shouts at them - " you have to win, that is all that counts, eh?? In the bargain, you have hurt your friend and you guys are gloating??" Sakthi for his part comes and says that the competition was held as Divya requested for it " It is Saravanan's dream that he should meet his mentor !! Athai keduthuttu, you guys are laughing?? You should be ashamed !!" Karthi says that they did some thing but never thought of hurting Sara. All feel bad and Sara does not want to see any of them.
Sara is mooning ...the boys come to him and try to placate. Divya also comes there and shouts at Sara for tolerating them. Finally Sara says that it is his dream to meet Tamizh Dasan but he can not get angry with his friends. The boys are moved, they give a group hug to Sara and ask him to turn around and see ...bingo Tamizh Dasan is coming to meet Sara. Sara is thrilled...and later comes to know that Kathadi and Bala are the reason for this visit. Obviously, they felt bad for Sara, went and begged the poet to come and meet Sara. The poet says that he will add Sara's poems in his next book. After he leaves, the boys carry Sara and scream ..delightful youngsters. Sakthi and Co once again shout at Bala and Co for their heinous act...they also come to know that Sara did meet the poet...all the boys laugh in unison...looks like the fight is all over... Roja is happy too...Oru vazhiya intha week ai mudichuttale !!!!😉
