Agree with you that Kunal has opened up and said whatever he needs to say [except saying the 3 words to Siddhi]. But Siddhi has not been able to put 2+2 yet and say at the right moment when it is needed. She just waits and waits , not sure why or for what, which is why CV's need to justify her behaviour as we move forward. Pretty sure Kunal would want to know as well. Since all this mess during the court case would not have happened if Siddhi had opened her mouth atleast on few of the items.

i agree with this to some extent but i believe the mess in the court was also highlighting kunal's over confidence professionally, he thinks no one can win against him, he needs to overcome his over confidence. yes he is a great lawyer but he needs to understand that one shouldnt under estimate the opposite lawyer.

i feel with this case thing sinal professional life too is being focused on.

he should have been alert. he did zero planning for the 2nd court hearing, he knew thakral could stoop low and bring siddhi in the witness box, bec she is his wife and in such cases the opposite lawyer wants to get nosy into the accused person;s personal life, his character and married life etc

Siddhi not telling kunal reg witcha knowing about the div, also contributed highly to the mess in court as well. it was lame how she couldnt even text him about it when cvs have shown her texting kunal previously during the fake pregnancy track.

plus i thought siddhi knew that kunal believes that she loves anand, but from the past few episodes i dont think thats a case, bec maybe she is thinking that he doesnt want to respond to her love hence reminding her of her past.

when raj asked kunal reg div, he just says siddhi isnt happy, wished he had said siddhi loves anand still, that could atleast made raj aware of the main issue.

Only thing i can think of to Siddhi's defence [ CV's need to clarify this] is she may be shaken up since that outburst to Kunal [ after seeing Kunal dropping off drunk Ritcha , Ritcha in Kunal's arms and finding out it was all Ritcha's act] and Kunal asking her to not talk again. Due to fake pregnancy, they were talking again but i have observed since that day, she has been shown very scared talking to Kunal. Seema confirmed that on Vday gyan to Kunal. She was upset Cnight seeing Kunal-Ritcha but with consumation and all what Kunal told her, she thought Kunal really loves her. Next day with guilt and div bomb, again put her in confusion, suspicion mode.

i dont understand this bit too, does siddhi think kunal loves her or not. As far as i look at it

she knows kunal has read the poem of hers and kunal knows what she feels for him, yet he rejected her love on valentine's day. thats probably the way she is looking at it right now. she knows she confessed in her way and he indirectly said no by bringing up anand's name, hence when she went home and cried in bathroom she ended u saying he doesnt love me.

I hope that is the only reason for Siddhi's muted behaviour at critical moments. Kunal has also not helped by bringing out wrong things at wrong time with his onesided thinking [ guilt after C-night, div bomb after that, anand and div on v-night dinner etc]. All this may have added to confusion for Siddhi whether Kunal really loves her or not. e.g Vday sorry card made her all happy that Kunal really has feelings for her and then the dinner date. But during that date, be again brought up the anand and div factor. What would any girl in love get out of that? Yes any other girl would have corrected right there but Siddhi's sacrificing nature confused her again and put doubts in her mind. Her problem is she thinks too much sometimes [ more than needed] and by the time she realizes , time has passed.

kunal didnt tell siddhi that he thought the poem was for anand, he talksed about pasta and then started talking about the dinner idea not being his.

while siddhi had seen kunal reading the poem and assumed that he is taking her for valentine dinner bec he read the poem and responded to her feelings positively

even seema thinks kunal read the poem card of siddhi's and still is thinking of div

no one knows expect kunal knows that he is thinking the card was for anand. its a major mu, if kunal knew the card was for him by now he would have scrapped the idea of div, bec the card and the words would have proven to him that siddhi loves him and is happy and content

another lame thing cvs showed. why would siddhi write a card for anand and leave it there for kunal to read.

and why couldnt she have given the card to ishani to give to kuanl. the way he gave the sorry note.

This is why i said, we hope CV's justify her behaviour. Becoz we have already crossed the limits of logic and reality. An excellent storyline is being slowly wasted in the name of drama and TRP's

Seema or Raj may have helped them but after today, Sinal are again alone. Not sure how they would resolve. Siddhi did not disclose the critical pieces to Seema about Cnight, about what she saw at hotel etc.

i am surprised too why siddhi hasnt told seema about her and kunal consummating they marriage. why have cvs left that hanging.

Are they planning to show siddhi pregnant and only then seema will know reg sinal consummation. it will be shock for her indeed.

Both make an excellent pair in thinking and assuming. They always think the wrong thing and leave out the good part.
Again as i mentioned, CV's are to blame more than becoz now it is just getting boring, repetitive and irritating. For a while it was fine.

NOTE : Your posts do not scare me off but do encourage me to write long posts too. There is so much going on with Sinal these days, very difficult to cover all problems in one post.
