Yes their children connects them with their past and seeing them hurt Yash felt as if some one has puched him in his stomach he was doubled over with the pain. He is blaming no body for that and he being a man a businessman has to go out of the house and cannot take care of the girls as a mother would..
He refuse to bring any one in his life or give any rights to anyone to take Arpita place.. He cannot even think about the possiblilty of some other woman come and push his beloved Arpita out of his heart that thought even gives him immense pain.. I would really love to see the time he had with his wife.. but I think they may not show it as Shweta Minshi might not have shot the sheen only the photo session for the pictures..
but they might later on show us the glimpse of his past with her..
Gurmeet has did excellent job in portraying the turmoil and anguish of Yahs's heart..
Man he brought the tears in my eye with his tears..
Awesome job dearest Gurmeet ... love ya

thanks eva for the wonderful analysis...both are great

Fantastic analysis! Agree with everything you have mentioned. The range of emotions both Gurmeet and Kratika showed today was absolutely mind blowing. To see their walls come down when they're by themselves, the overwhelming love they have for their kids, the dilemma they constantly find themselves in with the ongoing battle between the heart and the brain, and finally the emotional breakdown towards the end...it was all so heartbreaking!

Two scenes that really captivated me today were: (1) The scene where Aarti let out that small cry after she had that flashback. I loved how every single emotion was portrayed so beautifully on her face that you could really pinpoint the second where she let all her walls crumble and give in to her heartbreak. You could see that she tried to stay strong and keep the tears at bay in the beginning, but the more she remembered, the more overwhelming the pain became, and the way it made her cry, those 2-3 seconds were just so painful, and Kratika's eyes held so much pain, you could feel it radiating off her in waves, and (2) The whole sequence where Yash is voicing his dilemma in front of his wife's pictures was beautifully done, but I absolutely loved the last part, where he closes his eyes and you see one tear make its way down his cheek...just that image in itself was so freaking painful and highlighted the intensity of his pain better than any words or other actions might have. And then that amazing BG score just made the scene are all the more enticing and captivating.

We really got to see just how broken these two people are two, they have been betrayed by life and their fate in the worst way possible, and for both of them, the only reason for their existence is their kids. So it makes sense that they would take a step as big as a second marriage, because what they want doesn't really matter is front of their children's need. I am sure we'll be seeing both of them form a bond with the other person's children before we get to see any emotional attachment from them. This will all be done for the kids' well being and happiness, and it's going to be these same kids that will ultimately end up bringing Yash and Aarti together!

AB1..
Yes the pain of Aarti and Yash were beautifully expressed by these two wonderful actor..
also when Aarti was talking with her MIL in the kitchen where she wanted to keep the brave front and bring the humor in her face and voice but as she turned away from her the pain was easily seen. She was trying to keep it at bay and then she broke down when she was alone. I think all these years the pain did not go away.. If she loves her son and wants to fulfill all her wishes also indicates that she still have desire for those lost days.. she still miss him inspite of his betrayal.. It may also means that somewhere in the inner part of her heart she might want him to come back to her???
But Kritika portrayed it beautifully...
And Gurmeet... He is the king of expressions...
I really felt so bad when he joined his palms and requested his mom and bhabhi that please do not leave my childeren at the mercy of the servant.
The way he hugged his daughters with those tears in his eyes... Man Gurmeet was awesome in those moments and the way he protectively carried his daughters away with him and put them to sleep..
Uff that lonely man stole my heart..
But one thing did not sit well with me was..
There are three ladies in the house..
the widowed sister... the bhabhi and the mother..
between these three isn't it possible to take care of those motherless kids??
But I know they want to move the story for the punervivah so they had to bring this incident..
Anyway this incident brought Yash to this dilemma..
OMG the way he was talking to the picture of his dead wife!!
When he started that today the incident in the kitchen has shaken me badly.. the pain and the anguish in his voice and body language was radiating total helplessness and pain..
He said the marraige is based on love and trust.. and I cannot love anyone but you and I have only trusted you..
Such a depth of emotions in those moments and how much he misses his wife though she has been gone from his life since last 3 years.. Yash is living the life of pain and anguish each and everyday..
But the world does not see them as they are what really... these are their so much private moment.. weak and lonely and full of anguish and pain...
