I got scared for my sister wedding to be called offf so I married him...then she should have acted the same way as she did in the room, but in front of all.. and ask him why he did that!...people would have asked arnav for the reason then!

If she was so sure of Raizada's support... she need not have given into the blackmailing, They would have expected her to come and inform them as soon as Arnav blackmailed and not after marrying him...

But if Arnav denies blackmailing her in front of the family...they may not believe her. Plus, I think Khushi wants to understand the situation behind it instead of acting rashly and causing problems for her or for her sister...

may be she loves him and dont want him to be humiliated infront of everyone. thats why she confronted arnav in the bedroom after locking the door.
and she always hide the rude behavior of ASR towards her.

Its like she does this subconsciously. She never tells anyone when he hurts her, intentionally or unintentionally. Also, she never tells anyone what they talk in private. Its in her character.
