who is abhay's legal wife?

isn't kkusum abhay's legal wife? then how can he even divorce mahi? all he has to do is throw her out of the house and how can she ask for alimony? if she is the legal wife then what is kkusum?

i know i was thinking that too because kusum never died so legally it should be kusum..maybe its another goof by ekta😉

according to ekta's logic, tomorrow tashu will return too asking alimony and then trishuls' mother too. after dividing his property bwteen 6-7 people, abhay is going to become pauper.😆

actually its mahi, indian law states that if your spouse is assumed dead, and their body is not found, then after eight years they would be announced dead. Then u could marry whoever u wanted because legally your marraige doesnt exist anymore. and since kkusum came back 18 yrs later, her marraige with abhay was void because she was presumed dead by him.

i wish mahi would juss die... so then kkusum and abhay can live happily ever after without the fear of mahi!😆
