In one day, both of them went through so much! It was definitely a Roller-Coaster ride for them and for us!!
Like Barun said in an interview, that if not for Arnav, at least he, himself, would faint not once, but 5 times, after all these revelations!!!😆

Arnav's different behaviour towards Khushi,
Arnav's realisation and a decision to confess his love for Khushi,
Shyam's revelation,
Khushi's betrayal (Arnav's POV),
AND Anjali's pregnancy!!!
