Judging by his body language, his silence and he was thinking of P's words during the last KriYa scene gave me all the answers that he heard the sisters convo and knows the problem was with him.
Another reason is if he was thinking about second marriage he wud have thought abt SS's words but he remembered P's words about kids being magical and all which clearly answered my questions indirectly that K knows the problem is with him and P cant have kids cuz of him. Therefore he will do this second marriage facade in a bid to get her to disclose the truth about his reports herself.
Plus see the timeline between K's mood in the first scene with Adarsh them lot where he was smiling and happyish and the next scene in his room where he is all doom and gloom. I know that in between both of them scenes something has happened and I know now that Krishna has heard the sisters convo and that has made him very sad. Him remembering P's words about kids was a huge inkling and sign that K knows about his problem and is sad that he cant bear kids for her.
All in all, now im certain of the fact that K goes through this facade of a 2nd marriage to get P to open up about the truth as she wont tell him otherwise will she. Today's episode has calmed me down after the spoilers on friday as now we all know why K agrees for a 2nd marriage.
I feel this and next week is going to be absolute stormers as some of the tracks are heading for their conclusion especially the truth about K's reports.
