why didnt arnav ask khushi about shyam??

he should have asked her about her and shyam before even thinking about marrying khushi
i thought that arnav would have asked her because he loved her but he didnt i just believed his jeja ji and married khushi and got a contract made which states they are only staying together for 6 months and then the marriage is over!! He just ruined her lifee!!

His ego is stopping him from asking Khushi about Shyam. He is all male and finding it hard to digest that khushi doesn't love him.
