I don't know how far I m correct in my observation but if Maan is that person whom u had sent to bring lyf back in Di's lyf den pls give him strength to break dis hard shell in which Di has hidden herself. My heart is continuously saying that it was all not just a coincidence. The arrival of Maan in Di's lyf had definitely had some purpose or else y would Di be get effected by him wen no one was able to effect her in dese 5 years. Pls Babaji! I'll not ask u for anything else but Pls give me my Geet Di back from this Geet Handa. Let Maan be that person whom u had made for Di becoz I know only he can change Di back to wat she was before"

Next morning Prem Was having his breakfast wid Heer wen Maan came downstairs to join dem.
"Hey Bro, Hey Heer. Good Morning guys" Maan said while grabbing an Apple from table leaving both Prem nd Heer stunned.
Prem had choked wid the sandwich that he was having nd Heer had almost dropped the glass of juice seeing Maan so early at the breakfast table that too fully dressed up for Office. Maan looked at Prem's shocked face nd Heer's open mouth nd smirked knowing the reason behind it.
"Heer I know I am irresistible but don't drool over me like dis in front of your husband or else I'll be the reason for your Divorce." He whispered in her ears nd winked at her. Heer instantly shuts up her open mouth nd whacks playfully at his arm while Prem just rolled over his eyes.
"Ouch! Heer why you are so hell bent in breaking my bones since college days. It's not my fault if Prem didn't have such a muscular body" Maan said while rubbing his arm only to be whacked by her again.
"Ok enough guys! BTW Maan how come you are ready so early in the morning I mean its just 8.30 of the morning" Prem said in between interrupting their playing session.
"Oh C'mon Prem don't u know that I had started to become responsible now nd a responsible person always gets up early nd goes to work early." Maan said it as a matter of fact.
"Wow! Ek hi din me itna change. Very good" Heer said happily nd Maan raises his collar. [Wow! Dis much change that too in one day. Very Good]
"I know I m always Good. Anyways Heer do you mind preparing Pasta for me" Maan requested while Heer nodded nd Left for kitchen for preparing Pasta for him.
"Wats it Maan? wats going on between you nd Geet?" Prem asked as soon as Heer left while Maan just knotted his brows in confusion
"I mean ur sudden change nd your last day argument wid Geet" Prem made himself clear nd Maan smirks knowing what's going in his mind.
"Relax Prem. Its Ur childhood habbit to get tensed on every small thing. Don't u think its good that finally I m getting back to work after my Long tym break nd since you had given me such a strict mentor den I cant risk of annoying her." he said nd winked at him.
"Look Maan it's good that finally you are taking break from Ur Long Break but I just need to tell you one thing. Maan Geet is not like the girls you have been around, she's different. She is totally focused towards her work nd she stays away from all dis Flirting nd all. So pls don't try to flirt wid her ever. Wat I saw yesterday in my cabin it seems that you two had met before nd she's totally annoyed wid your flirting so pls don't bother her more." Prem said seriously nd Maan looked at him as if he was an alien
"OMG Prem u are saying like you are Geet's brother nd I m the guy who's asking Geet's hand from you. Relax Bro see dis much I had understand Ms. Perfect that she's not like other girls; She's different nd I genuinely wants to be her friend nd moreover the more comfortable we'll be wid each other the more we'll be able to co-ordinate in work so u don't worry for anything ok." Maan said assuring him
"Well I believe wat u say just never ever try to hurt her." Prem said once again nd before Maan could say anything further Heer came over dere wid his Pasta nd the conversation dropped over dere only as dey all get busy in having breakfast along wid pulling legs of each other.

At office Geet was walking through the corridor while checking some designs wen she bumped into someone causing her to loose her balance. Geet closed her eyes tight in fear of falling. She was about to hit the ground wen she felt a pair of strong arms around her waist holding her protectively. Somewhere in the back of her mind she recognized the warmth of the embrace which was holding her so protectively yet she doesn't want to admit it. Geet slowly opened her eyes only to find herself in Maan's embrace who was looking at her intently. Though she doesn't want to admit it but his gaze always creates havoc in her heart nd she feels like she'll lost in those eyes. The emotions she saw in his eyes she had never seen in anyone's eyes yet. Till now people with whom she had been around are friendly with her just because dey need some kind of favour from her nd most of the men she came around are just lusting over her except Prem who truly respects her but Maan was the first person after Prem in whose eyes she neither find Lust nor any such kind of emotions which denotes that he wants to be close to her for taking advantage of her. Dis is what scaring her more. What if he finds Geet behind Geet Handa?
Maan keeps on Looking at her deep hazel eyes nd dis tym he found some flicker of emotions in it. He couldn't name wat was it but he knows that it was something deep; something that he couldn't name it. He can easily sense her restlessness but yet he didn't understand the reason why is she running away from herself. But now he's here nd he'll find every hidden mystery of her whether she likes it or not. Dis is for the first tym wen any girl has grabbed his attention nd by now he's sure that he definitely had some connection with her nd as the tym will pass he'll sort it out that too nd as for now as always he just wanted tym to stood still because wenever he looks into her eyes he just wanted to be lost in dem as if her eyes are the only medium through which he can read her soul. He was lost in those eyes wen he felt Geet wriggling in his arms. He understands her Discomfort derefore he makes her stand on her feet slowly. Geet straightens herself nd fixes her stroll while looking other side wen Maan spoke
"Whooo... Ms. Perfect do u always find chance to fall down wen I am around so that I can prevent you from falling." Maan said nd chuckled a bit while Geet frowned in confusion
"Excuse me u want to say that I purposely trip so that u can prevent me from falling" she asked while narrowing her eyes
"Well I haven't said that u urself admitted it. Anyways Ms. Perfect if you really want so then u can tell me Afterall you are not dis much heavy that I cant carry you in my arms nd I wont mind it too." Maan said while leaning towards her while Geet just leaned back
"Don't you think you had too much misconception about yourself" Geet said while pushing him a bit back.
"It's called confidence sweetheart not misconception" Maan said while raising his collar.
"I am not your sweetheart got it so don't dare to call me dat" she said while pointing her finger towards him
"Why is dere any problem in that Sweetheart" he said yet again only to irritate her further
"I told you Na don't call me that"
"Ok if you don't want me to call this I'll not call u sweetheart. By the way Ms. Perfect do you always remain in bad mood like dis or today is any special occasion"
"Listen don't overact in front of me nd as far as your question is concerned I can remain in good mood only if you don't come in front of me."
"Ok ok relax Ms. Perfect but on a serious note don't u think ki Tum tym se pehle hi buddhi ho gayi ho." Maan said nd winked at her while Geet just opened her mouth seeing his audacity [Ok ok relax Ms. Perfect but on a serious note don't u think dat u had become old before the actual tym]
"Wat did you just said? Do I look old to you?"
"Really did I say anything like that?" Maan said innocently like nothing had happened.
"Anyways I don't want to waste my precious tym while arguing with you so just leave my way nd let me go." She said while moving Maan aside nd den stepping forward. She had taken few steps only wen she felt her stroll getting stuck somewhere. Her anger knew no bounds wen she realized that Maan had hold it.
"Leave my Stroll Maan" She said angrily without turning back while Maan knotted his brows in confusion.
"Excuse me! Are you talking to me?" Maan asked innocently only to irritate her further
"Do you think that the walls in the corridor have been named Maan too? Just stop acting innocent nd Leave my stroll" she said nd again stepped forward only to realize that he didn't left her stroll yet
"Maan Pls Leave my stroll. What everyone will think if they see us like that? Please stop playing all dis stupid games nd leave my stroll." Geet said while getting conscious but Maan still didn't budge a bit. Finally her patience gave up nd she turned angrily towards him
"Why the hell you don't understand the thing at once. I said Leave….." she said angrily while turning away but stopped in mid wen she saw that he had not held her stroll.
Her stroll had actually got stuck in Maan's shirt button wen he prevent her from falling nd dey both didn't realized it till now. Maan raises both his hands in air nd looked down at his button nd den again looked at her gesturing that he didn't held her stroll while giving her a lop sided smile. Geet looked consciously at him while holding her stroll at one side on her shoulder.
Maan smirks seeing her like that nd gently removes her stroll from his shirt's button. He held the side of the stroll in his hand nd started moving towards her slowly while folding it. He didn't remove his gaze from hers for even once while Geet just looks down seeing his piercing gaze on her. She turned facing her back towards him wen she felt him coming closer to her. Maan stood just beside her nd watched her for a while. Geet clenches her fist tight to get control on herself as she felt Maan's breath falling on her neck.
Maan bents a little on her shoulder while wrapping her stroll around her nudging her ear by his nose in the process. Geet felt a shiver down her spine wid his sudden contact nd she closes her eyes feeling the strange sensation in her body. Maan smirks seeing his effect on her nd slowly backed out not before whispering in her ears
"Ur stroll has been fixed Ms. Perfect. U can open ur eyes now" he whispers in her ears nd slowly nd takes few steps back.
Geet snapped open her eyes as she registered his words in her mind nd turned to look at him only to find him standing few steps back from her smiling at her. She adjusted her stroll nd turned to leave wen Maan holds her wrist nd pulled her towards him nd she came crashing on his hard chest. Maan wraps his arm around her waist nd pulled her closer to himself.
"You know Ms. Perfect no matter how much you try to run away from me but by some way or other u just cant run away from me. If we are bind to be together den no one can change dis fact not you yourself. Nd I guess till now u too must have understood dis nd wat happened few minutes back had proved it also. You see we got the green signal from dude too now." he said in his baritone voice while boring his eyes into hers sending Goosebumps in Geet's body due to his proximity.
"Don't expect dis much from anyone Maan. It'll only hurt you in return" Geet said in a warning tone nd Maan just smirks listening to her
"I don't care Ms. Perfect nd may be I wanted to get hurt. May be dis is the only way to make you realize that some things are just not in our hands. Trust me I wont regret It nor do you." he said nd Geet just couldn't understand the meaning behind his words.
Geet wriggles in his grip but he was way too strong for her. She looks at him wid pleading eyes asking him to leave her. Dis is for the first tym dat she had to plead someone like dis otherwise she would have slapped that person by now if he had behaved like dis but don't know why she just couldn't do the same with him. She gets unknown warmth in his arms. Finally not wanted to tease her anymore Maan releases her from his grip. As soon as Geet realizes that he had freed her from his grip she steps backward nd runs away from there towards her cabin without giving a glance to him.
"Pagal. Didn't realize the game of destiny yet" Maan said wid a smirk nd shakes his head seeing her attitude.
Pari was witnessing all dis from a corner nd was happy to the core after seeing all dis. though it was not her habbit to eaves drop someone's conversation but she was going towards Design department wen she saw Geet in Maan's arms so she instantly hides in a corner nd witnessed everything. She mouthed "thank you" while looking upwards wen she felt a tap on her shoulders. She instantly turned around only to find Maan standing over dere smirking. He raises his brows gesturing 'wats wrong' while Pari just grinned widely like a kid caught while stealing a candy.
"Do you know it's a bad habbit to intrude in someone's private moment?" Maan said while narrowing his eyes making Pari nervous.
"No, u are thinking wrong wo to I was just passing from here but i didn't saw anything" Pari said while looking everywhere but him nd Maan chuckled widely.
Hey Relax Gorgeous don't get dis much nervous I was just kidding by the way we couldn't converse yesterday further thanx to your Geet Di. Hey that reminds me are you both twin sisters because she didn't look much older den you." Maan asked out of curiosity.
"No, we are not sisters she's my best friend actually. We are friends from last 8 years" Pari said clearing his confusion
"Wait Wait Wait she's Ur best friend den why do you call her Di" Maan asked confusingly.
"It's a long story actually."
"Mere paas kafi waqt hai" Maan said while leaning towards her nd Pari just smiles [I had plenty of tym to listen]
"Well we can discuss dis story later because right now I need to complete the task given by Di or else I'll be a story."
"Fine I don't want u to face her wrath but we'll definitely discuss it over a cup of coffee. Wat say?"
"Cool. No problem. Anytime but for now Bye." She said while waving bye to Maan nd left from dere.
"Pari you are the only person who can give me the insight of Geet nd to know her more I need both of us to be gud friends. But that doesn't mean I am using her ok dude so don't get angry on me. Waise bhi she's a nice girl it would be nice being her friend. Great Maan if dis much effort u would had put on other things then Dad would be so proud of you. Anyways he'll be proud of me now also. Right Dude" he said nd winked nd left for Geet's cabin.

Days went by wid Maan nd Geet working together nd it's been 2 weeks now since dey both are working together. Though Geet tries her best to maintain her cold demeanor wid Maan but it seems it didn't affect Maan a bit. He continues his mischievous behaviour wid her like before only. He never leaves a chance to get close to her nd unknowingly his closeness started affecting Geet though Everytym she just denies it but at the back of her mind she knows that its true. Therefore she tries her best to maintain distance from him nd just be professional wid him but it didn't budge Maan a bit. For him Geet is an interesting Mystery which he wanted to solve anyhow. Though he couldn't deny the attraction that he was feeling towards her which was increasing by every passing day yet he couldn't give any name to that emotion. But for dis thing he was sure that whatever dis feeling is its something Deep nd pure nd the one that he never felt before for anyone.
With each passing day Maan nd Pari's friendship also gets stronger nd Pari realizes that her intuition is right. Maan is the only person who can bring happiness back in Geet's life though she didn't said anything about it to Maan or Geet yet but she didn't missed the spark in Maan's eyes wenever he sees Geet neither did she missed Geet's behaviour wenever Maan is close to her so she thinks it as a sign of destiny nd let everything happened the way its happening. Maan tried a lot in these 2 weeks to know about more nd more about Geet from Pari but Pari was still not sure that whether she should tell about Geet's past to him yet or not therefore Everytym she just diverts the conversation in other direction or just tell the normal things about Geet which was obvious to Maan also but he didn't wanted to make any kind of hurry so he let the things be the way it is nd nevertheless he really finds a gud friend in Pari so he was happy the way it is going
It was one fine day wen both Maan nd Geet are in Geet's cabin nd dey were looking through some designs that Geet had created for some of their foreign collaborators nd as usual arguing wid each other
"Ms. Perfect I m saying yet again. Dere's need of some modifications in dese designs" Maan said it 15th tym since the tym he saw Geet's designs nd finally Geet's patience gave up
"Den what exactly u wanted me to do Mr. Maan Singh Khurana to change the design all over again" she spat it out in irritation
"I m not saying dis Ms. Perfect I am just saying that we need some kind of modifications in it dats it" Maan replied coolly
"Nd wat kind of modification you exactly wanted Maan. Dese designs are perfect ok."
"I am not denying it Ms. Perfect but again modification is needed" Maan said while leaning back on his chair
"So you doubt my designs. Maan till now no one had found a single flaw in my design nd today you are saying that my designs are not perfect. Maan I m working in fashion industry from last 5 years nd u had joined just 2 weeks back nd that too u don't have any knowledge of Fashion business. And for your kind information dese designs are for our foreign collaborators so I had prepared it by keeping dere culture in mind only so pls stop making any kind of interference in it." Geet said rather in a harsh way but that didn't flinch Maan a bit infact he maintains his cool self
"You are right in whatever you said Ms. Perfect. I am new to dis Fashion business but that doesn't mean that I don't know anything about fashion. Nd as you put it that u had prepared dese designs by keeping their culture in mind den let me tell you that now-a-days Indian culture is being worshipped in abroad. We Indians may don't pay any heed to our culture but foreigners really love our culture. In India length of the clothes are getting shorter day by day but in foreign dere's just opposite of it. So what I wanted to say is that we had to put the flavour of our Indian style in dese designs nd trust me dese designs will rock. Just put some ethnic flavour in it. Trust me u wont regret it." Maan said confidently making Geet thoughtful. She realizes that Maan is right but Geet is Geet how can she prove herself wrong in front of anyone nd that too Maan no ways.
"Nice concept Mr. Imperfect but you know what I m really not interested. I am not going to change my design at all nd I m going to present the same designs day after tomorrow to clients. So u better don't waste your energy nd let me do my work peacefully." Geet said while settling back into her chair nd Maan just smirks seeing her attitude.
"Your Wish Ms. Perfect. I was just suggesting you. Rest is all upto you. By the way I am going to get myself a cup of coffee do you need it too." Maan asked non chalantly while Geet frowned seeing no effect on him due to her behaviour
"No thanks. I'll have it myself wenever I feel like" she said nd again gets engrossed n her designs. Maan shakes his head nd headed outside to get a cup of coffee for himself.
As soon as Maan stepped out from her cabin Geet immediately looked at her designs nd went thoughtful on wat Maan had said.
"Waise kehte hue acha to nahi lag raha but for a change he was right. Meri designs me aisa kya khaas hai jo baki designers ki design me nahi hai. I mean these look very common. Ek baar uska idea try karne me kya problem hai. May be clients ko design pasand aa jaye nd if not den I know how to handle the situation. I think I should add his modification in the designs. Who knows it becomes my master piece. Fine I'll modify it but I'll not let that Mr. Imperfect know that I liked his idea nd has included in my designs or else he'll just started fly in air. Hhmmm ok so Geet get started now" she said to herself nd started working on the designs yet again unknown of the fact that someone is hearing her conversation to herself. It was Maan who was listening to her self talk while leaning on the door nd was smiling after listening to it. He knows very well that Geet will not accept her defeat in front of him so he purposely went outside so that she can get enough tym to consider her designs nd it'll become one of her best designs nd it happened exactly the way he wants [Though I don't feel good while saying it but for a change he was right. wat special is dere in my designs that is not present on any other designer's designs. I mean these look very common. There's no harm in trying his idea for once. May be clients like that design too nd if not den I know how to handle the situation.
