I think Kareena should take it up, if it could mean that the Kareena overload will decrease.

She's a gorgeous, fantastic actress, but I'm downright sick of her at this point.

Urgh, no. Directing a movie takes a certain level of vision, creativity, intelligence, management power, and a hell lot more. From what I've seen of Kareena, she is painfully limited, with strictly average intelligence. Her knowledge in world cinema or even cinema as a narrative form of art seems poor. So spare us the horror.
