So just because Khushi eloped and married Arnav you slapped her?Why didn't you try to figure what was she going through?Being a mother you should have understood that she is being forced.But today you proved that you never considered Khushi as your daughter.You only think of your daughter Payal.And today after witnessing Khushi got married to the owner of RM you were burning in jealous.Seriously Garima you insulted motherhood.Forget motherhood,you insulted the whole womanhood.Once you made Khushi say yes for the marriage with Shyam.That it was your Marzi.But what about KKG's Marzi?Is she nanny of Payal.

In fact the entire Engagement ceremony under pressure with shyam played in my mind with that verey scene!

I always hated her!

Poor khuhsi, does not hav real parents, the only person who actually loves her misunderstood her becoz of that creep n the moti bua who is the main culrpit ...😡

When you are in that particular situation ,you don't even know how to react and about she trying to figure about khushi's state/trauma, well garima did try but khushi didnt answer as she herself didn't know the reason of all this and about the slap its isin't a big deal any mother would have done the same thing, if she gets to know her daughter got married without even informing her and that too with the elder brother of her son-in law...

Just because she is biased towards her eldest daughter doesn't mean she doesnt love khushi, after all she has brought her up ,nourished her and gave her amazing family values and its very realistic even u wud have slapped your daughter had she done the same thing

i think garima did this cz they married wthout letting them know!!! nd as a mom everyone will do that. i accept d fact dat she cares only for payal but im hppy dat she slapped cz dat made arnav angry!!!

Honestly, I'm glad Buaji and Garima reacted that way. Cause that shows why Khushi didn't want to accept Arnav's condition. You don't get married like that... without your parents' blessings and without their approval. Arnav might actually get a hint now as to why she declined his condition initially! So from Arnav's perspective, it was a very much needed scene - my opinion.

And now to your post... I'm sorry, I may be in a minority, but I completely understand their reactions! Just because Khushi loves someone, it doesn't mean she gets married to him without informing anybody...[and of course it's an entire different story here!]

Also, noticed the way he held her when she slapped her? And the anger in his eyes...oh boy, he's definitely going to protect her, always! YAY!

I dont really feel that garima is WRONG at all! Any mother would do that! I dont blame her for that. Yeah i know she is very selfish mother and indifferent to khushi but that doesn't mean that she doesn't care about khushi. Well think on the positive side. Because of that slap we got to see arnav's anger towards garima and his love towards khushi! :) That scene was just amazing!

Come On , it isn't Garima's fault. Any Parent would be shocked & mad if his/her kid does something like that.

Actually i think if they DIDNT react the way they did then it would be a surprise...unfeeling and uncaring.

We're all upset about the slap because we know why she did it...they don't!!

What they see is that their daughter has gone and married without a hint or word...at least Anjali & Nani had a clue that they might like each other...the Gupta's were clueless...though they shouldn't have been. My mum knew the minute I had a thing for someone regardless of how hard I hid it...it was a sixth sense! They seem to be severely lacking in that.

As has been said, the upside is that we now know Arnav is there and he still loves her.
