Hi All,
Today is the day to celebrate love and on this occasion we though what different can be done? We thought how would it be if we ask a couple of directors how they would want to direct a love scene if they were given all the liberty. So here you go ' read what Imtiaz Punjabi and Sundeep Sharma have to say.
Telly Tadka: If you were given a scene which just said you need to shoot a valentine sequence and all creative liberties are yours how would you shoot it?
Imtiaz Punjabi: I would take a boat and go down deep in the sea with small lamps all around the boat, bliss eternity, fire and love is what I would shoot.
Sundeep Sharma: I would like to direct a scene with Maan and Geet, where Geet delivers the baby in the hospital. Hospital room full of red, white, pink balloons, stars, petals, wind and Maan comes towards her in high speed moments. Both are looking at each other and the baby winks and all laugh and hug.
Telly Tadka: Which sequence in movies or on TV has made an impact as per you?
Imtiaz Punjabi: I have always loved the love making sequence in Mughal-e-Azam between Madhubala and Dilipkumar and of course the Bhoot story telling sequence between Memmood and Om Prakash in Pyar Kiye Jaa.
Sundeep Sharma: No response.
Telly Tadka: Which shot you wished you had directed or shot?
Imtiaz Punjabi: The shot in Almighty Bruce when he gets the moon down for his beloved.
Sundeep Sharma: No response.
