After everyone retired to rest and after putting sid to sleep geet was sitting by the window looking at twinkling stars . every year santa will fill her christmas and this year was no exception coz she met maan after so many years . ... Maan' her first love ... people say one thing u can ever forget in ur life is ur first love and geet understood the real meaning of it after seeing him ... even after 4 long years he heart beat was as restles as it was then while having near her ...
Geet was happy with her small gang of frds . Maan and geet met eachother in tution centre during later years of skl days... soon they came to know that they had comman frds and got together easily ...Geet like maan since she saw him but later supressed her feelings thinking he is just a good frd ...
The year passed soomthly though they were in diff skl maan ang geet met occasionaly at tutions ... but fortunately they both ended up in same collage though in diff depatment and maneet continued their frdship ...it was during their first year collage the seniors hosted a couple party for juniors and to geet's utter surprise maan asked her to go with him ... geet was more than glad to accompany him ... in very short span every gal in their collage was smitten by maan's looks even some seniors were behind him ... so it was exciting for geet to walk with him to the party ...They danced together ...
Brij geet's brother was in final year of the same collage and morelike to anyother bro he was protevctive abt his sis and would allow anyone to come near his sis ... Geet was never allowed to attend any couple parties after the one which she attended with maan unless armaan would be with her ... brij was not happy with the rumors abt maan and geet after that party ...
It was during the third year of collage maan has to leave to london for year due to some personal problems ... Poor didn't get time to express her feelings ... Later through a common frd she learned taht maan had feelings for her since he met geet 2 years before ...
After a year though maan returned from london and continued studies in their collage things were not same as before ... Geet was engaged to her childhood buddy armaan and the news spread wide in the collage ... Geet wanted to reveal the reason behind her engagement with armaan to maan but circumstansces never favoured her ...Moreover there was rumours of maan dating pari , the gal who was believed to be his family frd and they were to be engaged ...considering the rumours and aloofness of maan her she decides to keep quiet ...
After so many years even now having him near her makes geet's heart beat fast ... she was happy to see him the other day in the mall ... his closeness with sid for some reason made her happy ... Its not that she ever missed a best frd armaan was always there for her ... armaan was her frd , philosopher , father and wat not ... but having maan near was really diff ...
Geet didn't expect him to love her now neither she wants him to ... Now she has no right to wait for her dream to turn realityfor her reality is just before ... sid is her reality ...sid is her life now ... She doesn't have any void in her life that she wants anyone to fill it ... She is just happy to have maan as her frd but she wants him just as a frd ... She can't afford to lose the person present in her life fot the one who is not in her life ...Love , marriage she don't think is a part of her life anymore ... She is happy with wat she has...
Geet walked to the cuboard and took a pic from there ... it was a pic of her and Karan ... karan malik

Karan was adopted son of Mr.Irfan malik armaan's father ... Karan , armaan and geet were best frds from then ... Geet never thought abt karan as more than a frd though he liked her ... karan will never turn any stone unturned to impress her which at times angered armaan who was as protective as her bro brij but karan always founds a way out of their anger ... His name reminded her of his cute actions and a smile spread on her face ... She even now wondrer how she ended up marrying him ... she looked at sid who had no clue abt his father ... Geet didn't say to sid abt his father ... She never felt like introducing karan as Sid's father to him , there was some unknown hinderance ...she wants to wait until she asks himself abt his father ...

NOTE : as i said in FB due to this stupid powercut for 9 hrs in my place i want be able to update regularly ... only if i type for half an hour a day it forms one update ...
