I think it just shows the bonding brothers have. They treat each other equal and at par. In age, Sameer is elder but that does not stops Rishi from questioning or must say answering him.
@Nels: I understand what you are trying to say... but the topic maker has pointed out the choice of words of the dialogue writer... I mean they are confusing jeth with devar...😊
Agreed. I was also very surprised to hear Rishi say devar and not jeth. So who is elder? Are they fraternal twins and even so one would still have to be older than the other...

agree pramb
Yes, that's what I thought too however in yesterday's episode Rishi called Sameer Indira's dewar so that is what was confusing. Shouldn't he have said Jeth and no dewar????
Agreed. I was also very surprised to hear Rishi say devar and not jeth. It makes it a little confusing trying to figure out who is eldest. Sameer calls him little brother yet Rishi says Sameer will be Indira's devar. I wish they would keep track of it. Maybe in some devar is just a word used for brother in law and they do not have a different title for elder or younger BIL's like some of us are used too.
Either that or the 2 of them are fraternal twins (yet one still has to be elder so that takes that thought out of the equation 😆).
