PART 17:
Jai continued to kiss bani along her arm starting from her hand....but never breaking eye contact with bani...he enjoyed watching her blush...her innocent femine response urging him further...
just then a knock sounded on their bedroom door... Jai was becoming irritated with all these interruptions whenever he had bani in his arms...where he wanted her....the best moments of his day.....the moments he looked forward to...
"Bani?" it was mausi...
bani turned even redder....she began to look around the room for something to cover herself with...besides the white bedsheet had pulled over her...the only thing nearest was Jai's black shirt, which she grabbed and turning away from Jai...pulled it on...
"Bani?" it was mausi again...
Bani quickly picked up all the clothes from the floor and tried to hide the evidence of last night's occurrance....
Jai just looked at her amused...."That shirt looks better on you than me....hmmm....i think you should wear that to bed more often..." he said eyeing her bare shapely legs that were revealed to him....
"Mr Walia...Mausi?..." she said before running to the bathroom....
Smiling to himself, Jai casually got up from the bed and pulled his robe on...
"Mausi?...aap? this early?"
"Early?...are you mad? half the morning has gone?...Bani kaha hai? yesterday you left the party early because she wasn't feeling well...and then you didn't come down for breakfast...."
She stopped when she surveyed the room....a slow smile coming on her face...
Although bani had cleared all the clothes...she forgot all the rose petals and the dining table....
"Now i understand...poor bani....she must be so exhausted.."she said winking at jai...making him turn red and shy...
"I thought something was fishy...especially with all of Adi's comments..." she continued..
"Adi?"
"Haan...he was saying all these funny things this morning...like you were quite feverish yesterday...when i asked him...that it was bani who was unwell...he just said it depended on which way you look at things...and that he hopes that your day dreaming is cured before you go to the office....otherwise he is going to have to avoid you??" She looked at him questiongly.."Kal kuch hua tha kya?"
"Uh..no mausi..no.."
I am going to kill you Adi...Jai thought to himself...
"Its okay munna... I am very happy today....Send Bani down when she is ready..."
she left the room smiling to herself...

Bani entered the room 15 minutes later....
she had a towel wrapped around her....as she hadn't had time to get her clothes....
She tried to avoid Jai's eyes...but could feel them on her as she walked across the room...
she felt naked...even though she was fully covered....the heat in his eyes seemed to penetrate through her...
She found the beautiful burnt orange saree that she had been looking for and turned to walk back towards the bathroom....
Jai just stood staring at her
...mesmerised by her natural beauty...he wanted to go to her......he had to resist...everyone was downstairs...mausi was waiting...but just one touch...one kiss...one...
But bani had continued to walk past him....he tried to grab her hand but was too slow....the bathroom door shut...oh how he wished he was on the other side..with bani....

Bani shut the door and lent against it....letting out a deep breath...not realising that she had been holding it...
What is Mr wal...uh Jai......uh he...doing to me..she thought. he just has to look at me and my nerves begin to tingle...my heart begins to race.....what if he had caught me...would i have been able to have resisted...

Bani came out of the bathroom and shyly looked at Jai...
"Ji...woh...uhmm..aap..?"
She was turning red and couldn't finish what she was saying...so just turned around with her back facing jai...
Jai walked forwards and proceeded to tie her dori....a job he was beginning to love....
when he finished....he bent his head and planted a soft kiss....bani closed her eyes as the usual tension gripped her...
she had to resist...she started to walk away...but jai had grabbed her arms...
"not like that bani...I am not going to let you leave the room like that bani...." he whispered in her ear as he pulled her back against him.....
