I do not think he cut the petrol line, I think he cut the brake fluid line!

its supposed to be brake fluid leaking i think...not petrol
that will cause the brakes to fail...and car will lose control...
that is pretty dangerous...considering in the precap...the car is on a downward roll...so it will be dangerous to pull the handbrakes even in order to stop the car at such a high speed

it was not petrol its called break oil which comes out if the break wire is cut!!!
