Silly Story Lines with silly characters

I find that Ekta Kapoor and her creatives intentionally sabotage every one of their successful shows by doing unrealistic leaps and getting really un talented young actors in the new story lines..for instance, where is Manju's other daughter Roochi - during the whole leap? Why do the twin girls such awful actresses and with such thick Indian accents when they speak English (for kids having grown up in Canada) (this goes for the young boys too) - are they no actors in Bombay who atleast fake their accents. Also the guy who plays Arjun can't act if his life depended on it. It's really difficult watching his scenes trying to play a young business executive who has grown up abroad. Also why is Archana's character as become sooo stupid - that she sacrifices her one and only pavitra pyaar for such an awful step son Sachin after all the silent suffering and also she is condoning forgeries etc?? And why is Savita getting away with forgeries and other lies and crimes, etc - does crime pay off that easily among us Desis? Last, why did Dharmesh get away with all his evil - and Ajit too? Where are all these characters?

You are right about many things in your post .Even I feel fed up of this how now these days ..I do the daily brief update thread and that is one reason I try very hard to stay as interested as possible , have many friends in the forum ... they are more of a reason for me being here than the show itself ..

Drbabu...I agree with EVERYTHING you said, including the Butlers.still trying to figure what year is it? But worst of all is Archana's matyr behaviour which is rediculous and the wrong-doers gettinga way with everything even after 18 years...makes you wonder if it pays to be evil huh?

Just one thing i want to say...i looks like you have seen things right through my heart..seriously

i was just reading the story of d show from which pr is made ... even dat guy become rich but den story becomes like if he is tempted wid d success or he still remains grounded... seems interesting and it is running its 1074 episode... even ekta should have followed dat ... its top serial of sun tv

Ekta must think her audience is really stupid. Lastly, it was hilarious watching albino Indian actors play Canadian butlers by dying their hair blonde. That was just sick - the creatives all should be fired. Aren't there any good writers in India for these Zee soaps????

Sorry for venting but I know I am not the only one who is laughing at this show for the wrong reasons. I liked this show the first year it came out because it was so different from all these awful bahu saas stories.

While I agree, attention to detailing matters, the truth is that most of the actors in the show have lost their essence and can not be redeemed. Come, what may, the story can never be the same as it was before, the show can never be what it was - for the simple reason - characters have lost their essence, the story has lost its plot which happens over a course of time!

I agree new actors should have foreign accents there are so many Indian NRI's who can do this job better than one with Indian accents-the choice of actors are not appropriate for the roll they pay plus Manav's character is look like just filler and Arjun doesn't know acting and no one suites their roll and Archana's character they have killed that-I am not going to waste my time behind this serial-pathetic twist and turns-
