Agree with both mithsi_22 & 100raj last comments that we do not know yet if Rishi works or not. His character has been revealed piece by piece to us and this could still be another piece of the puzzle that is Rishi/Ricky.

For all we know he has been working in US all this time and took a break to help out Vidith's family whether he felt responsible somehow or was asked to by Vidith or just because he is a good friend and felt the need to do something. All of these things I'm sure will be revealed to us in upcoming epi's.

think rishi works- coz he told sameer main unko bataaonga ki main kaun hoon kya kartha hoon etc., when sameer threatened to tell indira. we know hes an artist for sure and he doesnt like working for money.

agree with all of u saying his character s been revealed so interestingly
