Why do NK call ASR Nanav ?

I was thinking is anyone curious to know why NK calls Arnav Nanav ? For some reason I really want to know why he calls Arnav that. I have a feeling there must be a funny story behind it 😆 Anyone want to make any prediction for the reason behind Nanav 😛 ?

Well my guess wld b arnav cldnt pronounce his name properly in his childhood..n he pronounced it as 'nannav'...so mayb due 2 this...

I guess Arnav had a stammer when he was a child... you see it come back at awkward moments now -- remember he was furious on New year's day when both Akash and NK stutter and stammer ...

hmmm for some reason I dont remember that 😕 I know khushi has asked NK on new years eve about why he calls Arnav Nanav but before he could say anything he was pushed to leave the house loll😆

This stammering happens after Arnav reaches home and Akash and Arnav confront NK... watch that part again!

He stammered again when he was entranced with Kushi's dance.

He stammered again the other day when he thought that he had lost her.

Seems to come back in emotional moments...!
