Just when things had begun to get dragged and slow, looks like sense we just got here! Hands down, I loathe the looks of jealousy on ANY face, and Sharon is no exception, only the other bits of tonight's episode reached out for real.

So, Sharon walks into Swayum and he drops a tray full of drinks over his clothes. Right, how many of you expected Sharon to say 'she was sorry'? I did not know. 😳

Change there, now isn't there? I appreciate the consistent expressions our dear actors deliver here, they are magnificent. And then we have the characters they play and this constant cold war between them. They are so conflicted on the inside, their faces scream so. However, certain attributes of em, they dun change, and no one expects that to happen. Like, it tugged at me for some reason, how Swayum went up to Sharon and gave her her notebook she dropped. It was so Swayum, told me that's him for us, he's not changing. He's mellow, he looks amusingly confused when others jump on Rey to cure his cramp and he acts the cupid who's on about winning back chicks like he's mastered the 'art'.

As for Sharon, she is possibly the most meaningful character on the show. However appealing Swayum is, being the most likable person on the show that he is, I dun expect him to be happening anywhere else on earth, he's just gonna be inside the TV. Sharon here, is every second gal's top, bottom and center - through and through. Therefore, she'd be jealous, she'd correct people's pronunciation, she'd hopelessly stare at her official enemy. But for a change, she'd actually help him wipe the stains of his clothes. 😳

Your views? I dun mind the length of their scenes together, BTW. Cause they are still gonna make more sense than all other bits of the episode.

Interesting post but may I disagree with the bold part... I mean, Swayam's character is very meaningful as Sharon's... since I don't have time now, I may elaborate more soon...

Now that I have enough time to state my mind...
I agree on what u said about Sharon, she is a very meaningful character no doubt... but also Swayam is not less from her in this aspect...
Sharon brings a fresh air to tv shows characters as she is a protogonist yet negative female... this push us to view such negative character from a different angle... it makes u think differently about such charachters be it on tv or real life... it encourage u to try to understand them rather than just set judgements on them... try to help them rather than isolate yourself from them... it makes u act more positively towards people who don't resemble u or satisfy ur needs...
In the other hand, Swayam's love may change ur attitude towards life... I mean, why we should expect something first to give what we have?... why that person should show us something good to make us reciprocate our good thing?... why not we initiate the first step?... why others should meet our expectations and only then we will open our hearts for them?
Here is what I wrote somewhere alse regarding this point:
As Swayam's love,... his love can teach us something new... since most of shows make a guy fall in love for a girl coz she is good, polite, helped him... she did/will do many things for him... which makes u feal that he gives her his love as a reward because she met his expectations... but in case she will not in future, what whould be his reaction?!!
Here Swayam doesn't expect anything from her... he just love her for her being... not as response for her deeds... this what makes him can accept her the way she is while putting efforts to giude her to the right way so that she can reach the real happiness...
It remineds me somehow by mother's love... mother, with no expectations, loves her kids... they do well or not, she will allways be their to support them... and this is used to be called the most real love on earth...
Now the question is... is it better to wait for the other party to give u so that you reward him with ur love... or better u make the first step by accepting him the way he is without expectations but not to forget to support him to be a better person which means reach the real happiness?... In other words, shall we isolate ourselves from who don't benefit us... or shall we try to benefit them to break this isolation?!!
As u have said, I used to think such people doesn't exist... but reading about doctors & others who volunteer to help people in poor societies like Africa, leaving all luxuries, money, fame they may enjoy in their countries among their families to help people who they don't know, made me believe of such kind souls exisitance...
