Who calls him arnav anyway..

Anjali and nani calls him CHOTE.
Lavanya and the rest of his staff calls him ASR or SIR.
Akash calls him BHAI.
NK calls him NANAV.
Shyam calls him SAALE SAHAAB.
Mami and mamaji calls him Arnav BITWA.
Garima and buaji calls him arnav BABUA or arnav JI
Payal also calls him Arnav JI
And..
Khushi calls him Arnav JI, Arnav singh raizada, laad governor or rakshas
In short, no one actually calls arnav by his given name without attaching any bitwa, babus or ji to it. So it would be endearing and symbolic if khushi would call him ARNAV after their confession or marriage coz it will depicy that khushi gets to see that side of him wich is not visible to anyone else. She can see the real arnav behind the facade of ASR.

I know guys its a lame observation but plzz do comment.

She called him arnav while talking to his assistant aman coz he wont understand who chote is. Otherwise she always calls him chote

Anjali used to call him Arnav in the initial epis which changed to "Chotte" afterwards.. 😆 I really want Khushi to call him "Arnav" coz if we see the promos before the show started.. The famous 4th promo.. She says "Chahkar bhi main tumse door kyun nahi reh paati" and "Kaash main tumse nafrat kar paati"
She used to address him as "Tum" in promos, what about something like that in the show too.. 😳
