my thoughts on todays epi...or more specifically, the ArHi scenes.
Misses
Grow an freaking spine Akash...how difficult is it to stand up for your fiance? Had nani not intervened...he would have probably not said a word against the marriage not being held!!!!
Hated the editing.. the break up of scenes spoilt the flow of the ArHi scene and reduced the effectiveness.. CVs hope you keep this in mind next time...we're interested in ArHi..not this saas-bahu drama!

Nani standing up to Mami...bravo! She beat mami in her own game!
The sheer relief on Arnav's face as he sees Khushi. He hears her voice, but takes a second before he looks through the rear view mirror'almost as if he's scared that its just his imagination. But when he sees her'the look on his face..oh the relief'and he shuts his eyes'trying to convince himself that yes, she is okay..and that he's not dreaming.
What if I lost you Damn it ' Arnav's relief turns into ASR's rage as he sees her uselessly arguing with a chanawala... here he was breathless because he thought something happened to her.. and there was she, bargaining without a care in the world! He shouts at her...wanting to take out his fury and at the same time take in the fact that shes alive. Soon, Arnav over powers ASR and he cups her cheek and shows her the broken bangle'the last thing he had of her'tells her that he was damn scared.. scared that he could have lost her. "what if I lost you??" saying everything he needed to'but Khushi refuses to believe his words, and asks him so what.. what if I had an accident.. how does it matter to you. He shouts and tells her that "farak padta hai" but as always, he doesn't say why it matters..because by then, he has realized everything he blurted out.. WHAT an intense scene!!! Somewhat similar to the GH confrontation in terms of the passion.. and the broken bangles!
Next, the car scene.. she refuses to be fooled by him anymore.. beating him to opening the passenger door for her. The usually bubbly girl is left silent as she doesn't react to anything Arnav is saying'leaving him shocked. He tells her to wear the seatbelt, failing to notice that she already has worn it (damn..i was half expecting another seatbelt scene!!). She removes the bangles that NK gave her, and tries wearing them. From the corner of his eyes..he notices her struggling to wear them and smirks when he realizes that they don't fit her.. and he tells her so. She reacts by saying that atleast NK thought of it (*hint hint* ASR..she wanted you to buy them for her)'and screams as the bangle breaks. He halts the car by a jerk and shouts at her for the 2nd time that evening' and she asks him why it matters to him again.. wanting to hear the answer before she chooses to believe what his actions convey.
Anyone reminisced about the Nainital car ride?'there it was Khushi trying to get Arnav to say something.. this time it was Arnav trying to get Khushi to talk!
Precap.. he removes that piece with his mouth.. her eyes are shut in pain.. and he looks at her..telling her softly that ab ho gaya.

So, I can see many people annoyed with Khushi as to why she can't understand what Arnav is trying to say, or rather what his actions say? Tell me one thing do you guys honestly expect her to melt into Arnav's arms? After what happened during Diwali? Hell no guys, NO way!! Why don't you put yourself in her place'imagine if a guy lead you on..heck he almost kissed you, and the next minute he announces his marriage to someone else..and that's a guy who doesn't believe in marriage! He also tells you that you mean nothing to him, and that almost kiss meant nothing to him either! Post that, he's told you many times that he doesn't care about you'doesn't care whether you exist or not'doesn't give a damn abt you etc.
However, all of a sudden he starts behaving differently with you'just like he did before Diwali.. this thime though, he even kisses you on the cheek as part of a challenge.. then today he, for some reason thinks that you got into some accident and is very worried abt you.. he sees you and screams that he was scared that he'd lose you, and that "farak padta hai"' however, like always he'll never complete his sentence.. he won't tell you why it matters to him! Whats Khushi supposed to think?! That he cares? That he loves her? She may seem brave from the outside...but she isn't so'deep down she's scared, scared of another heartbreak and for that one reason.. she will not . She needs a verbal conformation from Arnav'she needs him to complete his farak padta hai kyunki because unless and until he does that.. she isn't going to submit to him.. and I don't expect her to either. I would think being girls yourself, you'll would understand her behavior! When he can't tell her why it matters to him.. why should she try to understand him..esp when he not so long ago..so ruthlessly crushed her heart? Or do you guys expect her to lay her heart in front of him again..only for him to crush it when he realizes how vulnerable being in love is?
