Jigar really looks up to Ahem as a big brother, he respects Ahem a lot despite being Chirag's son who is the owner of modi industries, Jigar is one of the nicest brothers on hindi serials...

Jigar is sweet natured like his mother. Chirag is not the owner of the business. it's split 50:50 with Chirag and Aham. Aham would not work as hard as he did if he didn't have a big steak in the business, at the beginning of the serial Rashi went searching and found some legal documents stating that, also the Modi house is fully owned by Aham.

@bold nafisa even i came to know about it when nazma mentioned in other thread...

now the modi house is owned by Ahem is new to me...

Munni not feeling the love for Jigar today?

Modi mansion being owned by Ahem makes it easier to understand why Kokila is so completely in charge of it, but doesn't explain why she's so insecure about Ahem and the business.

Oh well who knows why the CVs brains work in such mysterious ways when in comes to Kokila Parag Modi!!

(I really like this thing of having the husbands first name in the wife's married name - maybe they need to start introducing Gopi like that so that it's firmly into their heads that Gopi is married to Ahem!! And I like how Gopi Ahem Modi sounds!!)

After the wedding of Gohem and RaJi, Rashi went snooping around and found the legal documents, she did this after a conversation with Jigar, when she was asking for money, he told her he gets a salary as an employee in the business, as his just finished studying and learning how the business is run...he then when to speak to Hetal who told him to give Rashi the money, but that is another matter, the issue here is in that episode Rashi went snooping and found in the study (yes the Modi's had a study only for that one episode...lol) the legal documents showing the holding of the business and the deed for the Modi house. Don't ask me which episode, I will have a look now and give it to you.

when his Ahem bhai has all my share of love ... how can jigar have any😉

Gopi tells her name is "Srimati Gopi Ahem Modi" to the pandit in the temple (where stanley ka dabba promotion is done)... yeah me too love names like that... but we don't have such thing in south india.. i think north Indians have their names like that😕

Rashi gets to know about property distribution

Episode : 47

rmila asks Rashi to find out the whereabouts of the property papers. Urmila follows Jigar in the study room and finds out about the property papers. Urmila tries to stop Jigar from entering study room as Rashi is present. Rashi is shocked to know that Aham is the owner of Modi Empire. Urmila is shocked when Rashi reveals the truth about the property papers. Gopi pleads with Urmila to take her away from her in-laws house. Urmila advises Gopi not to leave her in-laws house. Urmila promises to make Rashi get her share of property.

I like it too which is ironic because I haven't even taken my husband's surname!!! I like my own too much!!!
