I want Krishna to take the reports to the doctor and show him both the reports. He should not tell P that he is going to the doctor. He will find out the truth by himself this way. After that, P and K should both go to the specialist and on doctors advise K should take whatever treatment is needed.

Please don't bring up second marriage issue and all kinds of horrible thoughts please. We don't want CV's to spoil Krishna's character.
