This is my first prediction (never done anything like this before)... but an idea happened to cross my mind so just thot of pening it down:

Following Arnav and Anjali's conversation... A worried Arnav will go out looking for Khushi and NK, only to find Nk trying to mis handle (or)rather take advantage of Khushi... and Khushi being very uncomfortable and disturbed at his behaviour.
This sight along with NK's morning behaviour of letching at Khushi - would obviously make Arnav loose his cool and end up thrashing NK left right and centre.
Khushi will be surprised by Arnav's behaviour and balst him for it... resulting in another bout of argument between Arhi, which might lead to Arnav accepting that 'mujhae farak padta hai".
Lately the story is moving on a fast track mode... so kuch bhi ho sakta hai 😍

BTW: CV's thot process and mine are always running parallel. So don't be surprised that the above just does not happen... after all its just another prediction on IF.
