especially for gopi, since she's so short, she needs to wear sarees that have a thin border because a thin-bordered saree makes women look taller...she shouldn't wear the thick-bordered sarees...i have a neurobio test on monday why am i talking about this? 🤣

It's very common to wear saris for night .one just get used to it. I know my grand mother used to live and sleep in saris, so do my aunts. They are just used to it and they don't find it inconvenient. As is common in south . . My aunts wear a crisply starched cotton saris in the summer and in the evening after taking bath the saris they wear are not starched so they are very soft. They have different sets for winters too.

Atleast the Modi women doesnt go as far as wearing heavy embriodered saris and jewellery to bed too

There are other shows where women literally sleep in a full jewellery set, heavy sari, make-up, the works. They wake up every morning looking like supermodels

In the Modi house, the women dress down a little to a lighter sari and minimal jewellery. Its a little believable, I think.
Not that I would ever do it

You're not alone. I wouldn't either. I practically fall and trip over my own feet whenever I do wear sarees--so it's a bad idea in all. 😆😆

I have not any lil wonder on it. In india mostly women wears only saree and also in night and also they sleep in saree. Actually it becomes habit and they dont feel uncomfortable. Even i like saree very much. In every occasion of marriage i prefer to saree .
