So this week's episodes started with the Teri Meri dance and ended with the Mahaepisode. But, hello! Please remind me where we were in the week before that - and not even ten episodes prior to Teri Meri. Just to refresh everyone's memories:
Khushi slapped Arnav by mistake. He yelled to her ala ASR: "GET OUT" !!!!
At the New Year incident, Arnav said he doesn't believe in LOVE.
Going by the TV timeline, only a day before Teri Meri, Arnav said to Khushi: "Main tumhare baare mein sochta bhi nahin hoon."
And then.. whoa, bullet train here. Suddenly, we're talking about Arhi marriage in the Precap! And Arnav is READY.
Please, NOOO!!!!
I have to admit, I have a bad, horrible sinking feeling as to where this is heading. I do NOT want Arhi to get married along with Payash. They are the leads, dammit! Their relationship hasn't reached that level yet - they have to go over Arnav's past, Khushi's past, the love realization, the commitment, etc.
When the ME finished, I was moping in my gloom, wondering how wrong it would be for Arhi to get married at this point, when I remembered THE article printed in The Hindustan Times way back in June, when the show started. Basically, it gave a view of what would happen in the show.
Here are the pertinent points mentioned in the article:
1. Arnav and Khushi are Star-Crossed. (For those not familiar with the term, it means "not meant to be", or "ill fated")
2.They will be brought together in Hate
3. They will be separated in LOVE
4. A misunderstanding in the end will bring them together.
Yes, people, its time for the heart attacks to occur. We've had the hate. Now its the love, and they will be separated according to the writers of IPK. That's why there's all this marriage talk, Nani and Anjali are all happy for it, and Khushi is kissing Arnav in front of Mr Slime-o.
Most likely, Shyam is about to be exposed, and if he's going down, he's taking as many as he can with him, especially Khushi. I fear Khushi will be blamed for all of it, and there will be a huge scandal. Anjali and Nani will believe this and convince Arnav to forget about Khushi and to not contact her or something. And hence we come to the fourth promo: Nafrat paas aane na de, mohobbat door jaane na de. Arnav thinking: Kaash main tumse mohabbat par pata,, and Khushi thinking - kaash main aap se nafrat kar paati.

I am frankly, very scared. And you should be too. From here on, it's not "Iss pyaar ko kya naam doon?" but will be "Iss pyaar ko kaise naam doon?"
