Sameer likes SRK's six-pack

Actor Sameer Soni is a big fan of Shah Rukh Khan's abs. The TV star, believes that the key to fitness is not what you do but more about pushing yourself and doing it regularly. The actor, who is currently working out to get rid of his spare tyres, talks about his fitness routine.
The Bollywood body I envy the most:
Recently, we were at Shah Rukh's house and he showed us his six-pack. He has the Bollywood body I envy. I like Shah Rukh's physique because he is very slim and very toned.
The Bollywood actresses with the fittest body: Every one of them is in great shape. But if I had to pick one then I think Deepika's body is the fittest.
My worst body feature: I have a big fat belly. I had maintained for the last 25 odd years but only over the last one year have I have put on weight.
My best body feature: I'm still looking for it, I'm sure it's there somewhere behind all that fat. People say I have good shoulders. The idea is to have a balanced body.
What makes me forget dieting: Any kind of sweets — cake, pastry, ice cream, gulab jamun, everything.
I started exercising at the age of: I have always been athletic. Probably I started doing pull-ups in the eighth or ninth standard. We were told that you grow taller by doing pull-ups.
On the days I don't work out I feel: Okay if it is for one or two days but if I haven't worked out for a week then I become very irritable. They say when you work out, your brain releases certain endorphins that make you feel good.
My advice to fitness freaks: To be sensible and to be patient, nothing is going to happen overnight. Learn to listen to your body. If you're doing something wrong, your body will tell you. A lot of people say "Oh I have to lose so much weight in one month". But you have to be patient because you can't lose weight overnight. And if you plan to build muscles, it's a long process.
