The place was just an hour ride and it was straight smooth road ………………… the ride was pleasing ………………they reached the place it was quiet crowded but the place was vast enough ………………..
" I ll get the tickets " said maan moving when geet stopped him
" I ll hold sid " she said getting sid from maan ……………………
" no no ……….. we ll go together " maan said looking at geet who smiled lovingly
They entered the water park ………………….. all the games were quiet unsafe to sid's age and even if there was any game for his age maan was reluctant to send sid alone fearing his safety ……………… maan was not even ready to send sid to kid's pool
" its not safe geetu " he said
" maan its Kid's pool …………… sid will have fun ………" said geet
" how can u say this geet …………… he doesn't even know to swim …………… wat if its deep " asked maan
" uff ho maan just look at those kids they are as young as sid ………………… "
" but geetu ………….."
" I want to go there " sid said pointing to the pool
" champ its not safe " said maan
" I love going in water…………plzzz " said sid making baby face ……………………. How wouldn't maan melt for those cute pleadings ……………….
" ohk but u shdn't go too far …………..u shd stay in my sight " said maan

sid hugged maan and kissed his cheeks ………………….. then he looked at geet……………… geet kissed sid's cheeks
Sid slowly and steadily went to the pool ……………………… the waster was covering till his waist and he waved at maan and geet …………………..
" we ll sit there " geet said pointing to a few chairs near the pool where most of the parents of the children were sitting
" I shd keep an eye on sid " said maan
" u can see from there "
Geet didn't wait for his answer just dragged him to the place ……………….
" I don't know why u r soo much protective everytime " said geet
" tats not true " said maan
" really …………….. I still remember when annie joined our college u went around whole college warning the guys that they shd stay away from ur sis " said geet
" I just care abt my loved ones " said maan
" u sound like amy …………….. he always acts like this …………….. u know wat he turned the school upside down before we admitted sid there " geet said laughing
The mention of armaan's name defo didn't please maan …………………… he never approves when anyone give more attention to something or someone he likes which in common language we can say possessiveness …………………… but he shdn't feel possessive abt geet he was just her good frd …………………….
Soon sid joined them when he was bored of playing in water now he wanted to try some land games …………………… so they went to the land games area ...
Geet sat in a bench under the tree while maan and sid were playing ... geet's eyes fell on few young gals who were giggling seeing particular direction ... she followed their gaze and soon realised they were checking out maan ... she looked at maan who was busy playing wth sid and entertain him she doubt even if he knew tat the gals are looking at him ...
" this guy is the limit ... here gals are going crazy for him he is not even caring ... oh God knock some sense in him ..." geet thought
Geet went near maan and sid ... she poked maan's shoulder ... he turned and looked at her questioningly ...
" i ll take care of sid ... i think u shd go " she said gesturing him to look at the gals behind her with eyes
" wat ? " maan asked not understanding
" uff ho buddu the gals behind me are interested in u... if u play with sid like this they will think u r married and father of a child ..." she said
Maan looked at the gals ... who were giggling and whispering something in each others ears may be abt maan ... he looked at geet ...
" go " she said
Maan smiled at her and pulled her closer holding her waist and winked seeing her bewildered face ...
" wat are u doing ?" geet asked more of surprised than anger
" i m trying to impress those gals as u said " maan said looking at the gals then geet
" how exactly " she asked
" u know i m pretending as a married man ... u know young gals are easily turned on by married man " maan said ... his lips formed a slight smile
Geet looked at him blankly it took a while for her analys his words ... geet looked at the gals who were blushing and giggling more seeing him ... geet looked at maan who was walking towards the food court with sid ... she immediately ran after him
" omg maan u r too brilliant yaar ..." she said
" i know " he said with a smirk
" people are more interested abt other's possesion than theirs " maan added
" u r not that bad when comes to gals but i wonder why u still don't have any steady gf " she said
" the one who i had a crush got married " maan said
" don't tell me its aishwarya rai or angelina " geet said
" no ... its mathuri dixit " maan laughed ... geet just rolled her eyes...
They had a fun time ... mosly sid was playing in all possible games for his age and maan and geet were only chatting , fighting and pampering sid ...
It was already dark when they started to drive towards the city after spending time in beach and dinner...
" i ll drive " maan said " u look sleepy "
" but maan u don't know the route " geet said
" geetu i m here for couple of weeks now i surely can drive till ur house " maan said
Sid was already sleeping and geet was tired so they both occupied the back seat as maan insisted ... he began to drive ...
maan was on half way to enter the city when he saw the road being blocked by some police people perhaps ... he found a young couple being who were at the being questioned by the police ... he remembere that geet said him that the place is major accident prone zone and most of the illegal business was entertained at night times ... he was sure that the couple would ahve been caught for doing something indescent in public ... his car was pulled on by one of the cops ...
maan got down to speak with him not disturbing geet and sid ...
" u have a lisence ?" asked the cop
Of course MSk had all papers and cards required ...the cop examined the car and found geet and sid ... he looked at maan for answer
" my wife and son ..." maan said promptly
Without further qus they allowed maan to go ... geet's sleep was disturbed when maan closed the car door ...
" wat happened ?" she asked in sleepy tone
" just asked for lisence and stuffs ... u sleep " he said ...
Later they reached Geet's place ... maan lifted sleeping sid and made him comfy in bed room ...
" i think i shd go " maan said
" maan its too late ... u can stay here in the guest room " geet said
" but geetu ..."
" maan don't argue i m really sleepy i m going to bed make ur self comfortable " she said before entering her bed room ...
Maan smiled seeing her ... he peeped into geet and sid's room before walking into guest room ... they both were hugging each other and sleeping ... the sight was perfect ... he remembered when he said the cop that ' my wife and son ' a chill went through his nerve he strangely felt content ...He walked towards them ... he bent down and kissed sid's forehead ... he looked at geet who looked as innocent as baby ... he bent down and was abt to kiss her when his eyes a photo on side table caught his sight ...
It was geet with armaan ... maan took a few steps back and closed his eyes ... he had some strange feeling , didn't know wat it was but he defo didn't like it ...he walked to guest room without giving a second glance to the photo ...
