Good question Sameer also gives the stupid munna 50 crores for sealing the deal.

Indira + property =50 crores.

He's a man w/o humanity who can sell his own daughter tomorrow if he can sell his sister why not daughter.Only Sunaina can trust him because she's like him otherwise it is difficult for any woman to live with a man who so disgusting.

Well Agree All with your thoughts on this Deal. But look into our society "Dowry" is a reality. And reality is never sweet like Honey... So I think the directors wanna show this curse of our society in a different way...

Well look at this in a positive light: At least now Rishi will have proof of what Kutumb, Munna and Sameer were up to. Kutumb was okay with selling her daughter, Munna was okay with selling his sister and Sameer was okay with buying his wife.
