I have a question, Please help

I dunno if I missed the update for it or not because our dish is currently down so thanks to this forum I have been able to watch the show but can someone tell me that was it explained how Aryan has that lil girl, I mean is she really his child or is it Jhanki's and someone elses I know he is Impotent meaning he cannot perform and keeps telling Vaid he can't give her children then how about that lil girl???
