This is the reality of the glamourous film world be it TV or bollywood, all the fans likings depend on the story, the main lead's charaterization and the lead played by the actor. If the actor compliments the role so well that we forget his or her real identity, that means he or she has done 100% justice to that.
Like everybody knew Sanaya and Barun before but in my opinion, no one would have developed this kind of craziness and drooling over them till they came on screen as Arnav and Khushi in the story IPKKND. In fact even their old videos of ads, mentioning about Sanaya's acting in Fanaa and the related videos are posted here after IPKKND is onair bcoz we like her more as Khushi than any of her previous characters. Same goes with Arnav vs Shravan of BHPK.
I dont think so even MJHT and BHPK got so much fans for Sanaya and Barun respectively.
As they are naturally talented, with good looks, even in the future shows, they might come together or with any other leads, they are going to put their 100% efforts or even work harder to reach out to the audience, but I doubt whether this craziness they will be able to retain amongst the audience unless and until the story is as effective like IPKKND and the casting and the roles are complimented like this.
So dear friends, without any offense to anyone, the craziness and liking of the actors is retained as long as they carve their character played by them in the minds of audience. As compared to Silver screen, TV has got comparatively little scope to retain permanent audience like this for the actors in the serial because at the end of the day, it is the multi factors decide the craze amongst the audience, which story, script, selection of lead actors for the role and last but not the least the real actors doing justice to the role like Barun aka Arnav and Sanaya aka Khushi.
Whereas in Bollywood, if the story is ok, but the music is good, you will get the audience from the music lovers, or if the villain actor has performed well but the rest is so so, you will get the audience to watch that movie like this it can go on because in bollywood one of the multi factors should be strong to get an audience but telly world is not like that.
I mean tomorrow if a serial based on an intense love story, may be different from IPKKND, is aired , even if the same barun and sanaya play the role, I dont think they will attract even 50% of the present audience of IPKKND because anything unique is always is the first time and will be liked, admired, adored and audience may go crazy beyond limit, it is the law of universe, same thing showed again is a repeat and boresome cannot be unique any more.
