Let's say, when he said "Aise chithiyon se rishte nahin tutate ... shrimatiji" every one in the forum confirmed he loves her. But honestly this statement means, if you don't consider this marriage by heart then it does not exist and there is no need to even write the letter. Relations are heart-felt and not on paper, so if it's invalid for her then it is null-n-void. Basically he is asking her to listen to her heart, which she has stopped doing. She thinks from brain and is way-to practical. He has just started feeling for her and love is way to long. So this is not confession but reasoning. CV's are smart. They have a very good editor who put's up right shots and confuses audience 😆.
