I felt quite sad after watching today's episode. Our Navya looked so beautiful in her bridal attire. The Bajpayee family could not have found a better bride for their son even if they had looked around the entire world! Yet, just because Anant had fallen in love and Navya had reciprocated his feelings, Navya was someone they had been forced to bring home much against their wishes.
Right from the beginning there is a non acceptance and prejudice in the Bajpayee family's thinking. Instead of welcoming their son's bride with love and affection, they are only worried about their family prestige. They are so blinded by their family pride that they cannot believe that Guddu could have misbehaved with Navya, forcing her to do what she did. Rather, even if they knew it, they were not willing to accept the true facts.
They did not listen to Anant. For them, Anant was blinded by his love for Navya and of course according to them, the girl was at fault.
So blinded are the Bajpayee's by their false sense of pride, that they have forgotten the true meaning of the word 'LOVE'. Instead, they have created a world for themselves, where there is only negativity and gloom.
Our Navya is like a breath of fresh air. I am sure she will be able to open the windows of the Bajpayee household and let in sunshine joy and laughter. Let us hope that the Bajpayees realize how fortunate they are that Anant has chosen a girl like Navya!
One request to the CVs. We are tired of seeing so much of negative emotions. We are hoping to see some change in the Bajpayee khandan after the marriage, so please do not disappoint the loyal fans of Anya.

Brilliant post as always, but tell me what part of the pre-historic era are the Bajpayee's from??
In my opinion they need to be given one way ticket to mars!!!

One thing proves from this. The elders of the Bajpayees are the epitome of uncivil ppl. Civilized thinking would be that if they wanted.an apology from their would be daughter in law, they should have done in the morning it self. They shouldn't have stayed till the last moment and give no option to the bridal party, to present their views...
I hope CVS would handle it correct, it a woman's dignity is at stake here...

There are many people like the Bajpayees. We might wish that they never existed but unfortunately they do. Their ego and false sense of pride is so great that they are unable to see that their own son's happiness is at stake.
There would never have been cases of honour killings and bride burning in our country if there hadn't been people with a warped sense of right and wrong.
This serial is a story of two innocent young people who appear to be victims of backward thinking of the family but I think they will be able to make a difference in the family's "purana soch" and bring in "nayi soch".
After all love is able to overcome barriers!
