This is possible and things are leading towards this.
Just imagine Arnav finds out and before he can take out the rage Khushi is fatally injured.
He realizes he loves her and at the same time hates her for what she is supposed to have done.
Then he makes her give in to the marriage through the bet thing or some other blackmail like Payash wedding..
This is quite possible.
