Our curses and concerns on the changing weather conditions seem to be paying off. The cold and chilly winter has taken our talks of it disappearing far too seriously. It is out to prove itself, all set to make us acknowledge its presence and bow down to it. Hail winter!

We don't mind it even a bit. In fact, we thought it would never come. We don't mind covering ourselves with layers of warm clothes; we don't mind celebrating the winter with a bonfire. We don't mind, as long as we have ways to deal with it.

Better late than never, as you people stare out of the window, looking for the sun, we quickly spin a few ideas that would make winter cold a fun thing, a thing to remember. With the sword of global warming ready to strike any minute, you never know winter soon would be a thing of the past. So, make the most of it and here you go. Pick & move

There is no way we would start by suggesting you to stay home, tucked under your 'save for the winters' blanket. Pick your woollies, cover yourself the way you want, jackets, coats, mufflers and just head '.to what? Anything, a restaurant for a cup of coffee and pizza, for a drive with Shania Twain adding the much needed mush feel, a walk along the Sukhna Lake, go out for a movie. Tom Cruise looks deadly in Mission Impossible 4. Do anything, but don't be home. As television actor Yami Gautam puts across, "I love to enjoy the winter to the hilt. When in Chandigarh, my friends and I would make it a point to go to Sector-17 for a cold twin flavoured ice-cream. What better way to bite the cold."
