So far I was just responding on the basis of the write-up n everybody's take on it. But I just saw the whole episode and this is what I think
- Nandu was being a naughty kid
- That kid's mom got way too offensive. You canNOT touch another child EVER !
- Basant n Gehna needed to go to that kid's house to have a talk if Nandu was hurt enough to need a plaster.
- Gehna kept insisting true to character - that it was a kids' fight and shud have stayed that way. How dare the mom touch another child ! And not just touch - push with force - enuf to maybe break his hand ??
- Basant did not just get enraged right off the bat - that other couple did not behave the least bit apologetic about the much more serious injury they as adults caused to another child.
- When they reached home - Bhairon was quite mild and concerned but in such a situation - it was understandable for B&G to be still a little heated up. BUT Anandi never even offered those 2 a glass of water and instead offered a FREE LECTURE on why they shudn't hv created a scene in front of Nandu while she HERSELF WAS DOING JUST THE SAME !!
The only person who had any right to really solicit any advice was Sumitra. After all - she has raised two kids and knows what kid fights can be all about. She kept quiet and Anandi who has no experience of that kind - jumped in with all guns blazing and even suggested Nandu might be wrong in the 5 minutes they had been home ??
If she had any brains - she'd have waited atleast a couple of hours to gently enquire of Nandu what happened and/or suggest to Gehna that N may just be not that innocent.
Even now in the promo - I see Sumitra sensibly suggesting to Anandi to step down from this case as she can see this may just be the undoing of the unity of this family. But knowing Madam Anandi, she will claim to uphold the trust deposited in her and will do "justice" and destroy the peace in this house !! Uff !!!
Anyways - am very glad that Gehna is staying true to her character 👍🏼. It was looking she's gone bonkers but all she's done so far - is behave like a mother hen which she has full right to be 😊. And am SUPER glad she told Anandi to back off. "Nandu is her kid and doesn't need another mom" - loud n clear message sent out 😆
