The thing is that if Rishi did something wrong today, he might have a solid reason , remember his dialogue in last week's episode :

Right now He can't say or reveal anything about his real identity, It seems like he is in some secret mission, he has to protect Indira in anyway, by doing this he might indirectly push Indira to select another munda > Sameer, who, so far, doesnt seem to be interested in her but in her land and house.
Lets wait and watch guyz before jumping on any conclusion ;)
