It seems to run in the family. Aamir was also known for his baby face back when he started. Girls find that attractive. 😆

I wouldn't say it's badkismati though. It's going to help him in the long run as he will probably age better than those who don't look younger than they are (provided he doesn't ignore his health). Aamir has aged the best out of the three Khans IMO (granted they've all taken "extra" measures but naturally looking younger definitely helped Aamir).
