~Epi 17~
Scene 1:
Holiday Cottage, Kerala
Their car enters...
The driveway was quite long, but not boring at all...The neatly kempt hedges, the rainbow coloured blossoms, and the rich green was a treat to their eyes😃.
Baby was awake and busy with his baby talk. Maan just couldn't take his eyes off the most beautiful sight on the earth, his Geet, while she was excitedly viewing the beauty of the new place.
"Maan?😃"
No response...
She looks at him, he's simply admiring her beauty😳😳😳...
"Mr Maan Singh Khurana?😡" she frowns...
Maan suddenly comes back to his senses😆😆😆...
"Haan...Geet kya hua?😕"
"Maan...This place is so beautiful. Kerala is really God's Own Country😃."
She hugs him...😳
MAHI! MAHI! 😳
"Thank you Maan...for everything..."
"Geet...Thank you?? Maine kya bola tha tumhe Mrs Khurana...Agar tumne mujhe phir se thank you kaha toh tumhe punishment milega...😳😳😳"
"Maan?😳" she blushes "Aap bhi naa...😳😳😳" then she says ina a sad tone, "Agar Nandini bhi humare saath aati toh uska mann kuch halka ho jaata...😭"
"Geet...tum phir apna Hum Saath Saath Hai shuru mat karo. Nandini wanted to go back to Amritsar and meet Biji...We should trust her and respect her decision. She is a strong girl and I know she'll face everything bravely😃...And now coming back to my Mishty...😳" he approaches her...
"Maan😳" she pushes him, "Gaadi se utrein please😆?"
"Hmmm...😡" he replies giving her his angry DD look, to which she smiles and holds his arm.
They get down the car...the helpers arrive and carry their luggage inside the huge cottage situated in the beautiful valley surrounded by green, flowering hills. There were other cottages also, but were situated some distance away from each other.
Maan takes baby from Geet's hand and holds her with his other hand and they walk towards the cottage...
Scene 2:
Evening
Baby is lying on the bed, ready to go out, powdered and all wrapped in his baby suit.😳
Geet is wrapping her saree around her...complaining to baby about Maan in her Hoshiarpur Express style😆...Baby lifting his tiny hands and toes, and chuckling!!!
"Aditya...dekha apne Pappa ko...kya kah kar gaye the aapki Mamma se...Geet bas adha gantha...kuch important clients se video conference karke abhi aa jaoonga...aur ab poora ek gantha beet gaya hai...aur janab ka kuch ata pata nahi...Aane do unhe...dekhna phir main kya karti hoon..." she places the pin in her mouth and takes plaits in her saree...still complaining through closed mouth. Suddenly Maan comes from behind and slides his hands around her slender waist sending shivers all through her body. She recognised him even with her closed eyes...😳
He slowly whispers into her ears... "Kya karogi Geet..."
She blushes...😳
He turns her slowly and raises her chin😳...she looked drop dead gorgeous but what Maan saw laid beneath her outer beauty...he saw her beautiful heart, which loved him like no one else in the whole world...and made him feel like the luckiest person in the world. For him Geet was everything, his life...😳
Geet tries to free herself from his arms, but he pulls her closer...She looks at him in a mild surprise wondering what his intension was.😳
He takes out the pin held between her lips and keeps it on the dresser (she looks into his loving eyes). He then gently tucks her hair behind her ears... (She closes her eyes)
Her anger had vapourised the very instant she sensed his presence, and her heart filled with love for him. She wanted to be in his arms for ever, the time froze and it seemed like the stars⭐️⭐️⭐️ and heaven were mesmerised by the beauty of their true love.😳
"Maan chodiye mujhe" she slowly pleads to him, "Mujhe tayyaar hone dijiye...everyone must be waiting for us."
"Geet...let them wait...Aaj mujhe kahin nahi jaana...main bas aise hi tumahare paas rehna chahta hoon..."😳😳
"Maan bahut ho gaya😕...aap please mujhe tang mat kijiye...dekhiye we'd promised the manager that we'll arrive for the party and aapne promise kiya tha ki hum jayenge...So aap apni yeh masti band kijiye, aur mujhe tayyar hone dijiye..."
She frees herself from his grip and collects the rest of her saree from the floor...but suddenly she is forced to stop as Maan pulls her saree. Geet's heartbeat accelerates...He pulls her closer and holds her hand. She closes her eyes unable to slow down her pounding heart and her panting breath.
He takes the plaited portion of the saree from her hand and tucks it at the right place pulling her closer.
Geet can no longer bear his piercing eyes and hugs him...
MAHI MAHI!!!!
He slides the bangles into her hand, the necklace around her neck and finally adorns her maang with sindoor😳😳😳.
Tears rush into her eyes and she hugs him again...thanking her Babaji for blessing her with Maan...the pain she had suffered seemed like nothing to her before his love. She felt like the happiest person in the world, when near him.
"Geet...ab kaun der kar raha hai?😆😆😆" he asks naughtily.
Geet looks up at him in anger and hits him...😡
"Maan!😡"
Baby chuckles again... (Mamma Pappa mujh par bhi thoda dhyaan do please😆😆😆)
Maan picks him up and holds him close to his heart...Geet too comes near him and rests her head on his shoulder caressing baby's softy cheeks...
Maan pecks on her cheek and tells her...
"I Love You Geet...😳"
"Love you too Maan😳"
And they hug their baby, the greatest gift of their love.
Scene 3:
Night time
New Year Party
Maan and Geet are welcomed by the manager...
They take seat...and enjoy the party with everyone else...
And suddenly they come across Yash and Meera.
"Yash-Meera!" exclaims Geet😲.
Yash gives his usual wide happy grin and tells them...
"Guys...she's my wife now..."
"Wow! Meera...you didn't tell me...kab?"
Yash explains...
"Well mere America jaane ke baad, Meera ko ehsaas hua that she loves me...and mujhe pata tha aisa hi hoga" he shrugs...proudly...
Meera nudges him...
"Accha baba...I'll tell the truth...I returned back to India and literally begged to her to marry me..."
"Yash!" she turns to Maan and Geet and clears their confusion, "don't listen to him...actually ours was an arranged marriage...we didn't know about it until we both saw eachother...Our families arranged it and we decided to get married."
"Congratulations both of you..." says Maan shaking Yash's hand.
"Contratulations humein tum dono ko dena chahiye...After all the fights and problems you both got married..." said Yash...
"And look at this cute baby? Wow...aap kaun ho?" asks Meera taking the baby from Geet's hand.
"Yeh humara baby hai...Aditya."
"Tum dono ki love story toh sabse alag hai Geet...you both personify love...and tumhara baby toh sabse lucky hai to have parents like you, jo ek doosre se itna pyaar karte hain." says Meera with some pain in her tone.
Geet senses it and looks at Maan. Maan changes the topic...
"Arre...tum dono toh chuppe rustum nikle...Yash tumne akhir Meera ko mana hi liya..." jokes Maan.
"That's Yash...arre agar Geet tumse itna pyaar nahi karti toh shayad woh bhi apne aap ko rok nahi pati from falling for this handsome hunk..."
"Hunk! Who? Yahan mujhe koi hunk nahi dikh raha?" ridicules Geet.(Geet...silly arre tumhara Maan hai na)
They all laugh and have a great time together...
Scene 4:
Party Ball
The manager announces about the ball...and invites all the couples to gather on the dance floor. Yash had gone out to make a call...
"Maan Geet...com'mon go..." appeals Meera.
"Ball...No no..." Geet refuses nervously.
"Arre...Geet...give the baby to me...mujhe bhi toh khelne do Aditya ke saath...and you both go to the dance floor right now..." she demands and takes BSK from her hands.
Maan extends his hand...and Geet looks into his eyes and forgets everything...she gives him her hand and he leads her to the dance floor...
Two angels in love...and everyone and everything stop around them admiring them...

A green meadow...Night time...
Geet and Maan all drenched in rain...
They look for a shelter and find an empty shack...
No dry clothes...so dry themselves in a fire lit by Maan using the twigs and leaves...Gee's shivering with cold...her hands trembling...
Maan comes near and takes her to a bed made by dry grass and leaves...

She moves away shyly...Maan stops her and gently holds her face in his hands and kisses her eyes...

Everyone applauds them...their beautiful chemistry.
They go back to their table. Geet takes BSK from Meera and takes him out for fresh air.
"Maan main abhi aati hoon."
"I'll also come with you..."
"No need...Aap yahin rukiye...Main baby ko thodi der bahar ghuma kar aati hoon."
"Okay...then I'll wait here with Yash and Meera."
Maan kisses BSK and goes to do the same to Geet...when suddenly Geet stops him
"Ahem..." she looks at Meera and Maan realises his mistake
"Main toh bas...aise hi...eh...mmm..."
"Bye Maan" she frowns...and leaves.
"Bye Geet..."
Meera looks away smilingly...
Scene 4:
Meera and Maan alone
"Meera yeh Yash kahan hai? Where's he gone? Tumhe yahan akela chod kar..."
"He's talking to his kids"
"His kids?"
"Actually they are his elder brother's children. After their death he takes care of them."
"They are here with you and Yash?"
"No, they are in America...They have gone out on some school camp. And Yash needs to know about their whereabouts all the time so..."
"He's really very caring."
"Maan..." she diverts the topic, "Howz Dev?"
"Dev...he's in jail."
"Jail?"
"Hey guys...I'm back," comes in Yash interrupting them, "Kya baat hai tum dono aise tensed kyun lag rahe ho?"
"Nothing Yash...hum toh aise hi..."
"Maan...where's your wife?"
"She's taken baby outside for a walk...abhi aa jayegi. Acha Yash...howz your brother's kids?"
"Oh woh...they are having a great time...Bahut miss kar raha hoon unhe. Mujhse bahut pyaar karte hain woh..."
Yash and Meera eyelock...Meera breaks the eye contact and nervously looks away. Yash looked sad for the first time.
Maan realised something was really wrong between them...
Scene 5:
Sometime later...
"Guys main bahar ja kar dekhta hoon...Geet pata nahi abhi tak kyun nahi aayi."
"Oh ho...kya baat hai Maan...apni Geet ke bagair ek pal bhi nahi rah sakte."
Maan gives his MSK annoyed look...
"Okay sorry. I was just kidding. Jao jaake dhoodo apni Heer ko...I mean Geet ko."
"Yash" nudges Meera...
Maan leaves...
Scene 6:
Out in the lawn
Geet is sitting on a bench with baby on her shoulders...
The moonlight multiplies the brilliance of her beauty and Maan is mesmerised. She looked like a nymph...
He comes and sits next to her...
"So gaya baby?" he asks.
"Hmmm...I was just going to come inside...but couldn't stop myself from looking at the moon."
"Geet...yaad hai...aisi hi chandini raat main humne apne rishte ko naam diya tha...aur yeh chaand gavah hai...humare pyaar ka..."
"Haan Maan...jabhi main chaand ko dekhti hoon...mujhe yeh ehsaas hota hai...ki main kitni khushkismat hoon jo mujhe aap mile...apka pyaar mila..."
"Geet" he lifts her chin, "Khushkismat toh main hoon jo tum meri zindagi main aayi aur meri andheri duniya main tumne pyaar bhar diya...aur humara yeh baby...main bata nahi sakta...tumne mujhe kitni badi khushi di hai...Ab agar main marr bhi jaoon toh..."
"MAAN!!" she stops him by placing her hand on his mouth,
"Maan...aap aisi batein mat kiya kijiye...Apke bina main ek pal bhi nahi ji sakti aur khabardaar phir kabhi apne aisa kuch kaha toh main apse kabhi baat nahi karoongi..."
"Accha baba I am sorry...Ab andar chalein..."
"Haan..." she smiles...
Maan takes baby from her and they walk inside...holding hands.
After being disappointed at Abhinav reception, never thought we'd get to see this... Thanks to Debina for posting the original photo. It's good...
