this is defo a follow up on tht fitness regime article..n i re-iterate.. Kid me not dude.. those biceps are totally pumped in the gym😆 so may be he is a lil irregular now.. but wat a drama saala.. going 6 packs to dur dur tak nahin🤣 flat abs to die for to hain na.. .. 😆 wat ya cribbing abt.. n push ups crunches and squats all contri to those artsy core and abs

Janvi he said.. ladkiyon KO to not ho toh.. which is like he likes a lean frame as gals like tht more than beefy.. do agree.😆 m a big fan of the V.. but d beef annoys me.. totally.. lean and agile is more like it.. athletic more like😃

i cant gather the bit whr he has a naughty smirk.. he says this routine u can do easily at the set and also at? (after doing the push ups).. chichora mind is defo always on work out..🤣 n totally check on the nutrition and destressing bit.. cant agree more.. 😆 all abt the endorphins dude..
