I would've recommended Cecelia Ahern next, but you mentioned her too..Do read Thanks for the Memories by her though, it's my all time fav book, I can never get over it..

well NP bks r d only romantic bks i have read! but i would recommen vampire academy! its romantic+thriller and amazing bks! i am sure u'll love them!

and my all time recommendation to any1 reading bks-HARRY POTTER! this is sumthing u'll never regret reading!infact u'll regret not reading it!:)
